Normally I don’t have any issues with this location, but today was the exception. I made a delivery order for 2 large pizzas (1 thin and 1 stuffed) , cheesesticks, and a 2 liter of mt dew. The driver arrives and he doesn’t have my 2 liter. I open the pizza boxes and the thin crust pizza looks like it was either tipped on its side or the driver slammed on the breaks and the sauce and cheese shifted off of the pizza. I spoke to the manager and she gave me a credit for another pizza on my next visit.

I had a terrible experience at Papa Johns. We were told our pizza would be ready at 6:45, but I ended up waiting an extra 35 minutes past that time. No one apologized or even acknowledged the delay. When the pizza was finally ready, the lady simply said “here is your pizza” and set it on the counter instead of handing it to me—no courtesy at all. The lack of customer service was unacceptable. I will never go back to this location.

Put in an order for delivery. Got it, the pizza was all wrong. I called and told them they could have it back, they didn’t want it. So they sent out a fresh pizza the way it was supposed to be the first time.EXCEPT…..it had an extra ingredient I don’t think anyone would want. It had hair cooked into the pizza. Needless to say it didn’t get eaten. I took photos. I called the next day because it was already so late, the manager I spoke wit was very rude and curt with me especially when I offered to bring him the pizza to show him how the hair was baked in. He didn’t want to look at nasty day old pizza. His words not mine. Don’t think I’ll go there again…I took that as a sign.

Ordered a simple 2 top large thin crust & an order of cheese sticks. Both were topped by an employee who evidently wasn’t trained properly on pizza topping. The thin crust product was an expired thin crust product. Very little sauce was used & they skimped on cheese. As regular customers, this was the worst experience we’ve ever had. When we called the GM to report our experience, she said they’d deliver new
pizza to us. The replacement pizza & cheese sticks delivered wasn’t any better. The delivery driver even asked to have the initial order back when she delivered the new. Really! I asked if she wanted to retrieve the initial product from our trash can. Moving forward we’ll order from someone else.

Went last night drove all the way to boiling springs around 7pm the lobby was closed for no reason they signaled for me to go to drive through. I pull up to the window and the girl came to the window with an attitude and asked me was I picking up and I said no I want to place an order. She tell me that they don’t do orders at the window and I have to call the number and order? How does that make sense? She proceeded to slam the window with an attitude and walk away. I have came and placed a order inside and at the window before and it was never a problem plus it wasn’t even busy.

Came in they said pizza wasn’t ready yet, walked outside tried to come in after 5 minutes at 8pm doors were locked and the worker pointed at the drive through window. Got in line and had to wait another 15 minutes to get our pizza while it sat inside getting cold

BEWARE. SCAAAAMMM They had a coupon. 2 pizzas. 3 toppings for 12.99. I ordered for pickup. They said to present coupon at store. I went there and they said the valid coupon was a misprint. Said if a pay 12.99 for 1 large 3 topping pizza. Total came to over 18.00. He said that includes tax. I asked how much tax I’m being charged. Said i must be stupid and not know how math works.. soon as I said that I was kicked out the store. Do NOT come here!!!
