We ordered two pizza’s. An employee brought them out of the store, pipping hot!! 🙂 They were delicious, good flavor, and most of the crust was soft. Sure didn’t last long — there was some left over, and I made sure it didn’t go to waste. It warmed up very good in our microwave. On a scale of 0 to 100, they deserve a score of 94. Others may disagree, but, this is my opinion.

When 2 items off of my order were not delivered I called the store to inform them. I asked for the manager and the person who claimed to be them kept repeating “how can I help you?”, when I asked for their name. Eventually they simply said they are busy and put me on hold. I waited until I hung up. I then called corporate where I heard someone speak as if to a coworker. When I said “Hello” they simply hung up on me. Papa Johns left off 2 Items off of my order. I spent over $90 and they forget 2 items? That is unacceptable. Go to Pizza Hut just a bit further down the road instead. They still deliver hot and fresh pizza without the attitude when you call them. Pizza Hut also has NOT left out items when I ordered from them. Papa John’s is not worth the hassle.

Ordered the pizza on line. I did not have the option to have it where half the pizza was cheese and pepperoni the other half no cheese, just pepperoni. So I called to correct the pizza before they started my order. I was put on hold for 20 mins or more and had to call back for this Papa John’s to tell me that ordering pizza like that is not allowed. Yet when I ordered that same pizza in person it was no problem.
