I ordered a specialty pizza which is supposed to be a pepperoni & sausage with a 6 cheese blend. This is what I got what happened to the toppings on top of the pizza. This is more bread than anything else. I really don’t get pizza from here bc it’s either dry or not enough toppings. Just poor quality.Period!!!

My pizza pepperoni . With onions and jalapeños. This is what I got. I called talked to manager that could not fo anything but send a driver out to replace. But since I do not live in there delivery location my I would have to drive the 20 min up there and 20 back to the house. My kids was starving. I could not do that. She said well you can take it up to corporate but I gotta tell you it’ll take two weeks or better before you get a coupon in the mail. So I had to eat the dang pizza … pizza don’t taste the same if the pepperoni isn’t cooked on it.. plus it was soggy. All 3 we got were.. was very disaapointed.disappointed.. I mean I ordered a pizza delivered to my house as usual around Christmas time. We move. Come back in April and told they do not deliver in our area. Can’t even enter our address in to order.. sux.. but what ever.. I’d rather drive to another pizza place then eat here..

7/5/2025. Ordered large pepperoni, mushroom and extra cheese. I’ve ordered from Papa John’s often. The pizza was very disappointing. Not all the the crust was covered with topping. Gaps in the crust with no sauce. The pepperonis looked like someone had chewed it up first then put it with the pizza. (See pic). I’ll thick twice now before going back.

We ordered pizza for delivery. We randomly get a message stating DoorDash took our order and it would be 40 minutes! It was a 15 minute drive to our home. My husband called they stated it was picked up already. They call back and say oh sorry it was a different person and we could pick it up. Husband goes and our orders gone and the manager said there’s nothing they could do. My husband made it home before our pizza got delivered. It was soggy where we could roll it up and more “epic crust” then anything else.don’t waste your money.

I ordered a pizza from this facility. The pizza was made wrong. The male manager on duty at the time of the problem stated that he was going to replace the mistake and ensure the error was corrected when I called back. When calling back to redeem the error, The manager jen was very nasty and refused to make good on the bad experience because I COULDN’T REMEMBER THE MANAGERS NAME I SPOKE WITH.
BY the previous manager, I was told that they would write my name down. They did not write the name down. ALL LIES. SINCE I NEED TO REMEMBER NAMES, Jen needs to definitely take a class on customer service and how to talk to customers and learn about customer satisfaction. It would have avoided having to do a bad review.
