I ordered online, and they did get all of the toppings correct however the cheese did not cover the pizza (not even close) and there was barely any sausage or pepperoni on it. For a large pizza I was not satisfied with the toppings except like before they the correct toppings. I’ve been here many and was pretty satisfied. Service was good, they were slammed

Folks were super nice but Papa Johns has cut back both on quality and quantity. It’s not the PJ I remember…..apparently there’s been nationwide cost cutting. The sauce was light, cheese didn’t cover the pizza, and the toppings were sparse. I guess ask for extra sauce and cheese when ordering!

Wr order a pizza and some wings at 7pm. At 8pm it wasn’t delivered yet. The app they send the tracking link in wouldn’t work to let me see the progress. When I tried to call the store no one answered and the system automatically hung up on me. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this store. I wonder if Shaq knows how scrappy his restaurants are in this area?? Lol!!!

Ordered delivery at 7PM on a Saturday. Delivered within 40 minutes and I’m on the edge of their delivery area. Food was all correct and tasted excellent. Delivery driver was very nice and explained where each of my extras were in a separate box. Said thank you and smiled. Great job.

You get a fair pizza with Jonathan and Jessie. Chris insist must be on the top of the pizza instead of the extra cheese I order. He said his company policy have to put pepperoni on top burnt like crispy bacon. Of course by claiming he’s meeting Papa John’s standards. I want to ask him a joking matter. Can I get a pizza like on the TV advertisements. He said no, we are not allowed to make those pizzas. Those are just for advertisements.

Is this a joke Papa Johns!?? Idk it was April already…? $10.99 Chicken Alfredo, you should’ve paid me to order this. The aluminum pan it came in is thicker than any of the ingredients it contains. Honestly, my next order should be free.
