I frequently visit this establishment and have always appreciated their service. However, the quality has recently declined. On a recent order of pizza and cheese sticks, the toppings were concentrated in the center, and similarly, half of the cheese sticks lacked cheese. A remake resulted in the same issue. Furthermore, a driver, while on duty, was smoking an illicit substance, and the odor permeated the entire store.

I’ve been in this restaurant multiple times and it’s different atmospheres when certain managers/employees are there also been there when there is only one person in the store and she’s pregnant and gives her a hard time because she lets them know she’s coming and have to wait just a min due to her doing everything in the store . I’ve heard her tell customers how long they order will take and they will get mad. Customers come in and don’t want to wait or expect the employees to jump when they say so and sometimes are very rude to the employees and the manager don’t go for it this papa John’s is ran great by whoever is running it at the moment it’s clean and my food is always fresh even when I order delivery items thank you so much for being apart of our community

I didn’t ask for much man, just two Super Bowl pizzas and I got cardboard that you could tell had been sitting for hours. It gave me the ick instantly. Couldn’t even have leftovers like you do with pizza, it was hard as a rock the next day probably because it already started out old.

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! Always long wait times no matter what time of day you order. Ordered pizza and wings today. Pizza box was crushed in causing cheese to stick to box. Pizza was poorly cut! Wings were poorly sauced. Missing items from order. This place is terrible.
Update: 2/22/25. I gave this place another shot. Decided to pick up my order from the store. Got home and found the bacon cheese sticks to only have toppings on half the bread sticks!! See photo. Very disappointing. Won’t make this mistake a 3rd time!

The you lady working on Saturday September 6, 2025 at approximately 2:30pm displays very poor professionalism throwing boxes of dough on the counter! Her attitude was nasty, the customer service is disrespectful and poor. I placed and online order at approximately 2:10pm, arrived at 2:30pm and she did not placed the in the oven until I arrived there another 20 minutes of waiting
