Used the 30 years in business coupon after not having Papa Johns for years. Picked up the pizza immediately after it was done, but crust was soft and cheese was very light. It tasted like it was cooked at 350. The stuffed crust cheese also had no flavor at all and was undercooked. Service was otherwise good, but pizza bad.

I placed an order online. The website tracker gave a 5:43 to 5:53 time window. I arrived in the store at 5:55. I was told that my order would be coming out in a minute. I paid for my order and miraculously my order changes to picked up. I waited a bit longer and everyone that came in behind me got their orders. At around 6:15 I was told again that it would be coming out right away. Around 10 more minutes there was an offer to refund my order, proving the 2 prior promises were lies. They admit they don’t know what happened (hint-somebody didn’t do their job and make my order) and started to make my order. Finally, my order was completed around 6:35, or rather 30 minutes later than the latest time in the range given.
I can live with an order that is a little past the promised time any time. Being lied to about orders being ready when they weren’t even made is something else.
The food was good, but the customer service this time was lacking.

Papa John’s on Merrimon is my go to, consistently great pizza and service. This day they were a little off but I’ll still go back, everyone has off days. I ordered my pizza ahead to be ready at 5…got there at 5:05 (traffic lol) and I stood at the counter for a good 5 min waiting on someone to help me and then got told my pizza was coming out…. finally walked out at close to 5:30 with my pizza. It’s not the norm for them, pizza was still delicious, so I’ll return next time I’m craving Papa John’s

My friend a high school teacher called in an order for 2 med cheese and 1 med pepperoni. Was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived 15 minutes after order was placed. The guy was TOTAL ARSE for reasons unknown to me. Anyway, despite the small not special order, with 15 pizzas ready… he gave me my pizzas after 30 minutes. Terrible. I will NEVER return or agree to pick up at this location. I am also reporting this restaurant to corporate.

Consistent. A relief to have decent prices for good pizza. Also, nostalgic of my childhood. I still love a lot of local pizza, but it’s tough to always afford it. Also, the staff here is nice. Once I had the wrong pizza in the box and they fixed it fast. They seemed genuinely concerned, but I assured them I could wait and at least they checked it with me there so we could catch it.

This review isn’t about the quality of the food, It’s entirely about the service. Ordered several original sauce cups with my order. Delivery took over an hour. They were out of the lids for the sauce cups. No one called me to explain they were out nor offer me a different option. Delivery driver mentioned nothing. Called and spoke with “manager” who was rude and said there was nothing he could do refund wise and mentioned the general manager had just brought more supplies. Asked to speak to the GM who then told me that he heard the first manager and he was correct about no refund option. Once I asked for another number to call above him, he said “well let me double check if there is anything I can do”. Surprise….he was, in fact, able to issue a refund despite being adamant that it was not an option. At the end of the day it was just a few bucks but this issue could have been resolved very quickly and instead they gave me the runaround and wasted 20 mins of my time.
That being said, food is delicious. Customer service……absolutely terrible

Great staff, “Cyrus” helped me figure out an order confusion I had and everything ended up perfect. Lots of pizza places in this town, but this particular store has a good crew and our order was handled well.
