I gave Papa John’s another opportunity to provide satisfactory service, but unfortunately, I was disappointed once again. This time, the issue was related to timing. I experienced an excessive wait of over an hour for my pizza. The young lady at the register assured me multiple times that my pizza would be ready in 10 minutes, but this timeline was not met. I wish this location could improve its customer service.

When I called I was told to pick up my pizza in 15 min. When I arrived there was several people waiting, complaining about how long they had been waiting. It took another 30 min before I got my pizza. If they told me when I called it was gonna be 45-50 min wait I would have not ordered. Then when I finally got home with my pizza it was terrible. Very little cheese and not cooked. I have ordered from this store for years, but will not be ordering from them in the future.

I always check my food when I recieve it and right after it was delivered I checked as usual and there is a piece missing out my cinnamon pull apart as if someone took it out and ate it that works there. I called the store to inform them about this situation and the lady had first asked “was it one of those little knot parts” as if she already knew about it. She put me on hold for a little while and then came back and said it had gotten stuck to the parchment paper, I have worked at a papajohns before for over a year and have never heard of or seen this issue happen before. Therefore I am now contacting customer support and leaving this review as the team member at this location had no regards or respect for my concerns that someone had taken and ate a piece of my food that I ordered.

Haven’t been back or ordered from here in 2 years since waiting 4 hours for my order to be delivered. Order pizza for carry out for Father’s Day. I receive an email telling me it will be ready by 11:45-11:55am. Show up at 11:48am. Im informed it has not been started. Only one person working. Why is the store even open anymore?

Papa John’s has gone so far downhill. It’s become more expensive with worse quality. Ate half a slice and threw out the whole pizza because it was just so disgusting. This is the last time I ever order from any Papa John’s restaurant.

Great food customer service is okay. It’s not excellent, it’s not bad.
I really don’t know what to say about the atmosphere. Because there’s no dine in, so you don’t really have an atmosphere. It’s just like Little Caesars running in grab it and leave. They do have a lot more choices than most pizza places.. some pretty good deals if you have the app downloaded And with the app you get a rewards program

Been ordering here a few years and usually things are ok or what you expect from fast food pizza joints. Unfortunately I finally had to post a review due to little things over time and finally just too much going wrong in an order. I don’t like to leave bad reviews usually since it changes constantly based on workers and time of day but you kind of expect some sort of consistency.
Order took 1 hour longer than eta, no big deal things happen, pizza was missing garlic parm on crust again not really an issue I’ll live. 4 pieces of Philly steak total on the pizza, annoying but again ill deal with it. Ordered light sauce and there was more than you would get set normal. Ok at least I have garlic parm breadsticks as backup to eat, oh wait they are plain breadsticks they gave you the wrong ones. I checked my receipt and everything was written on there, I don’t quite understand how this happens and I’m more upset with myself for not going back in but I’m afraid of confrontation so all i can do is post here.

Papa Johns Pizza in Weaverville has the worst customer service! First of all the online app does not allow you to see how long it will take to get your pizza, which is a corporate thing. So we ordered and 120 minutes was our wait time for mediocre pizza. We called the store and the manager said he marked our order out for delivery and delivered when it hadn’t been delivered. Then he hung up on us. Went to the store and the manager said he didn’t have time for us. Next time we ordered he would personally cancel our order. He said he was the only one there with a new kid. Sorry but not my problem. If you can’t keep people then you shouldn’t be taking orders. He refused to give his name and his managers name. He made it seem like we were there to bully him and have his manager take his job. No moron! My kids wanted their dinner and I wanted them to eat it before 8:15 pm. The pizza finally came at 150 minutes after the order was placed. ABSOLUTELY NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! IF YOU CANT KEEP EMPLOYEES THEN YOU NEED TO REGULATE YOUR ORDERS!!!
This was supposed to be a reward for my kid who worked very hard, but that was ruined. Also, one person is now sick – symptoms started about 1.5 hours after consuming the food. It must have been the lack of hand washing before returning to prepare food from dealing with non-food items (money).

I am a fan of Papa John’s pizza chain. However, the Weaverville store never fails to disappoint. My most recent order I specified extra cheese, extra sauce, because they usually scam on both at this store. did not happen. I normally check the food before I leave. I was preoccupied at the time of my arrival to pick up of the pizza.
