Door dash was scolded although they’re a nessessary evil since it’s hard to keep drivers these days. Kelly is world class!

One of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. It didn’t taste that bad going down but I had heart burn all night and still feeling ill the next day. I stopped buying take out pizza years ago and just wanted to try them again. Papa Johns has to be the worst.

Average pizza expensive price their quality is declining, toppings are inconsistent and pizza is never cut correctly customer service is non existant. While waiting for pizza we had to listen to unedited rap music and horse play by the staff, totally not appropriate me and my family waited outside.

Ordered a large pizza, thats not what I received. I got a medium pizza made with a large dough. So not only was the pizza the smaller wrong size but due to the extra dough the pizza didn’t cook properly making the pizza inedible. Tried a few bites, spit it out and tossed the entire thing away.

The employees here work very hard, even understaffed and having to deal with all you Karen’s every time I go in these guys are pleasant and courteous and most importantly the pizza is the best in Franklin. Owner is a very nice gentleman and works hard.
