Waited an hour and a half inside for my order. They knew I was there but failed to call my name when my order was ready so I finally ask and lo and behold it was sitting there. Also paid extra for double cheese, I hardly have anything on my pizza little lone cheese. Naked bread everywhere. This isn’t the first time I’ve been disappointed so I’ve learned my lesson this time

New to town and thought surely all these reviews can’t be right… welp they are. Two 15 year olds working there. Stood there alone for 10 minutes before anyone made eye contact with me and I still had to raise my voice to attract someone’s attention Even after doing so the response was “we’re busy and then left again without coming to see what was needed. Finally was able to pay still no eye contact. Pizza was good but geesh who owns that franchise Guess it’s the new normal with this generation. I’ll take my biz somewhere else

i ordered a pepperoni pizza but a cheese pizza was delivered, so i called the store. the person with whom i spoke was rude, dismissive and unprofessional. after many unfinished sentences, awkward pauses, and sighs, he finally declared he’d have to refund it because that was all he had “time to do.” suffice it to say, the refund has not come through.
on top of that, the pizza was cold and barely had any sauce or cheese. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

i stood at the counter while two employees rushed around to make other peoples food. definitely not their fault, but the employee at the computer took an order over the phone right infront of me and another customer, then said “one minute” and went back behind another counter to work on food. i stood there for about twenty minutes total, and left without my order being taken. i’ve worked in food service, so i know how frustrating it is to be in the employee’s position. at the same time, the customer infront of you is your top priority. absolutely ridiculous and i hope management can step it up. really wanted some pizza 🙁

Doordash does their deliveries, though ordering through the website doesn’t immediately tell you this. I left a $10 tip for the delivery driver, without knowing this until the DD driver called and let me know she was on her way. According to her, she did not receive this tip.
When I called to ask them about this, the guy who answered said there’s nothing Papa Johns could do for her and also said he couldn’t (wouldn’t) change my order to remove the tip that would not be going to anyone who delivered my food.
I asked for the manager and he said he WAS the manager and there was nothing he could do without removing and re-entering the order. No offer to make things right AT ALL. Then he hung up. I called again and asked his name, and he hung up on me again.

Made a delivery order through my app. They cancelled my order. I called to find out why and was hold all the way to the store and then waiting over an hour for my order at their restaurant. Why did they cancel my delivery? Because the delivery employee did not show up to work. Customer service did not seem to be a strong-suit for those working in the building.

The Manager truly cares about the customers and their satisfaction. I had a small issue just forgotten sauces 3-4 times. When I spoke to her she knew the importance of the entire order and that delivery orders are just as important as carry out guests in the store. She rectified the issue quickly and politely. Polite and friendly drivers and in store staff members.
