Giving you a 1 is even too high. I placed an order gave my card number and was hung up on. I called back to check on said order and it couldn’t be found but the money was debited from my account. I called and spoke to the manager and was told my order couldn’t be found and I would need to bring them a bank statement to get my refund. My call was hung up 2 times during that conversation. I called the customer service number and advised them of the issue and miraculously they couldn’t find my order but my money was instantly refunded. Papa Jon’s store 4549 you are a joke! I’d eat a frozen Torino pizza before ever giving you my money again!

Great tasting for a papa John’s store. Staff was very friendly and on top of everything. It is a easy place to access right off a main road without a bunch of traffic. It’s located in a building that also has a convenience store and dollar general attached.

If you order online don’t choose a specific time because they don’t pay attention to it. My order was delivered over an hour early and eat on my front porch. Then they had no regard for the issue when I called other than “sorry” and that was it. Poor customer service.

Ordered one pie, took a hour and a half to show up, and it’s cold. Guy blamed it on lack of staff. Pizza was not only improperly cut but was also very unsatisfying with toppings. I got an entire bite of onion and green pepper on a Philly cheese steak pie.

I order peppers for our family and it isn’t much maybe $2-5 depending on who orders my husband or I. We got only 4 the last time so I called to ask what the actual quantity is for the amount we paid so I could order accordingly. The lady apologized and said no that’s incorrect we are training you should of received more. OK COOL. Offered for us to call next time we’d order she’d make sure we receive extra. Ordered again and didn’t call for the extra because I wasn’t calling to complain just wanted to make sure I order enough next time. This time same thing happens and still only receive 4 peppers. Kinda disappointed
