The supposed manager(Jessica ), that said that she was the only one at the store, was very rude and hung up on my daughter multiple times. She was put on hold and had to wait over 40 minutes. When my daughter asked to speak to the manager said Jessica said she was the manager yelled and screamed at my daughter, she didn’t even have it on speaker either and hung up again.
We haven’t had this happen from any other associates before.
I hope no one else has experienced this kind of service.

Ordered online which gave me a pickup time range, which was totally missed by over 45 minutes. A total disrespect of my time. But to top that experience off, I got to listen to the woman, who I assumed was the manger, throw her entire crew under the bus and berated them the entire time. AWKWARD! Were I baking the pizzas to have her talk to me like that, I would have quit. It should have been free at that point.

I would hope this half cooked greasy pizza you call N.Y. style should never leave and Papa John’s store ever again. I absolutely thought it couldn’t get worse than Dominoes.. I was wrong. I don’t mind paying nearly $40 for to pies but 2 that a 12 year old can finish by himself….. DISGUSTED & BUSTED

Wanted to get a pizza for my kids after having a long day at work and not wanting to cook. Some lady named Jessica made our pizza and it was awful. It looked like someone just threw stuff on it (literally) and then put it in the oven. Not to mention it was overcooked. When i asked for a replacement pizza or a refund they were even more rude saying to just make it myself. My kids were almost inconsolable. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!!

My order always gets sent to Yadkinville , and I ve never eaten at much less call in an order from there. I pay with my credit card, and they have to refund that money. Then I have to be paid again, which messes with my checking balances, nothing for the agitation for their era they keep saying its the app that’s not right. If I was nt a loyal custom I would never eat there again. Seems like someone there could not double charge me then if I. Karen at Papa John should be fired!
My husband and son parked the moving truck in front of a “closed” Papa John temporarily yesterday morning and the Karen who came to open the store yelled at them and called the police for no reason. The police even said it was uncalled for! Yelling and screaming! Using bad language! I wonder how she treats her customers. . . Very unprofessional for no reason, she needs a life. . . She should be fired!!!

I was denied service after i paid and gave a good tip, because I’m a truck driver and am hundreds of miles from my own address. Every other papa John’s I have been to supported us over the road drivers so it was disappointing to know I have to wait how ever long for a refund so I can have something hot to eat from somewhere else…
