Will be coming here from now on after a horrible experience from the owners Sam and Nicole over at Dominos. Can’t imagine Papa John’s treating customers with disrespect like dominos. We have had nothing but positive experiences with Papa Johns and will continue to come back. Will never go back to Dominos and deal with that garbage again.

We needed a quick, easy meal after a long day of skiing while visiting Boone NC. This was convient to our hotel, and it was such a delicious pizza. It really hit the spot. Unfortunately, we don’t have a Papa Johns at home, because, if we did, I would eat there all the time.

Hate to fill out negative reviews but here I am. This is twice in two week this Papa Johns in Boone, NC has messed up or canceled my order. Last week I had ordered food and they canceled with no notification. Filled out a complaint and the assistant manager called me and told me my next order would be taken care of. The following day I ordered and nothing was done. Fine, no huge deal at the time, I only wanted to try the new item any ways. Fast forward to today. Ordered my food and wanted to try the new pizza and ordered BBQ boneless wings and they came as boneless hot wings (Pic below)… called and they offered a comp which I said no, because they didn’t comp from the last issue. Twice I have ordered and twice I have had issues. I will say I do really appreciate the delivery driver taking the time to try and fix the issue. He did more than the managers there. I will also say that I won’t be reordering from this location again and will go to the new Pizza Hut.

Tonight I ordered from papa John’s for delivery around 6pm. I knew my order was likely going to be redirected to DoorDash which was fine because we’ve never had issues in the past. However tonight around 6:30 the dasher was in my complex and we hadn’t heard anything. About 6:50, my boyfriend went to go look for the person and didn’t find them so we called and the number had been disconnected from our order and we could no longer contact them. I called the store and spoke with the super nice manager, she got in touch with DoorDash support and refunded me. She said the dasher had an issue with the address, but no one communicated that to us (we’ve also never had an issue with delivery) she then had me confirm my address, in which I did because they offered to send someone else to deliver to us and we never ended up receiving our food.
EDIT: we just received the pizza at 9:57pm. The delivery said “the address is wrong”. But again, the same store had no issues last week when we ordered.

We ordered from the hospital for our lumch and ordered very early. We were told 30 to 40 minutes. An hour and a half later we were told the order was still in process. 30 minutes after that they told us that our order was grabbed by the wrong Grub hub driver and it should be back in 30 to 40 minutes and then they would deliver it!? We cancelled our order, no one in our department got lunch…and we feel like there was not honesty or customer service. Save your money and order from Dominos.

Bad experience from the start. The automated fake customer service wasn’t great. Then I was sent to what sounded like an offshore call center with a person I couldn’t understand. I wanted to order a large margherita pizza but was told you didn’t make those – so I ordered a pizza with tomatoes. Gosh – the tomato topping couldn’t have been stingier. Can’t believe I was charged for it. If you’re interested, I’ll show you what I made it into when I got it home. You’ve lost a customer.

Whoever was working at 11:40am today needs a raise. If I could give 10 stars I would. The customer service was great, they were very fast, and very generous with the toppings. The pizza was amazing, very cheesy and the crust was perfect. Best experience at a papa Johns!

Service was very bad. Took forever, employee was not doing his job right. He was not professional at all. Standing there with is hands up at his mouth, hair hanging down , and in his phone. Not paying attention to the pizzas coming out. Something really should be said to him . Not sure who he is just know he had different colored hair. Not professional at all.

I ordered online and had it delivered. The pizza was great but I put the address for where it was to be delivered to but they changed the address and the poor delivery girl from doordash had a hard time finding me. Thankfully doordash gives you the phone number for the driver and I called and told her where I was. They really need to work on their website and fix it so that your address doesn’t get changed after you put it in…
