I have been ordering from here for years. Over the last year delivery and quality has fallen off drastically. It seems the only people giving 5 star ratings for this store are “local guides”.

Pre ordered pizza for pick up at 7. Rihanna told me that it wasn’t ready yet at 6:50. 20 minutes goes by and Rihanna has done nothing to locate my pizza. In fact she took herself off the register and started making pizzas leaving no one at the register to work the line of people waiting to pick up. Had to wait for the guy cutting the pizzas to help me. He told me that they haven’t even started making it even tho it was pre ordered on-line and that I had paid cash in the store 20 minutes earlier. Worst run store ever! Never going to order from this place again!

This used to be a good papa John’s. But is just plain bad and useless now. I have officially given up on them now. Not only has the food quality gone way down, but you’re lucky if you even get your order. And good luck getting them to actually refund your money when your order never shows up.

Very disappointing service, customer service , and management. I ordered delivery pizza for 50 people, 6 hours in advance for a specified delivery time. No show after 10 mins, so I called and was on hold for 20 mins until a DoorDash overseas call center called me asking if I got my delivery. Turns out this location uses door dash a few days a week. After being 30 mins late I went to pick up the pizzas myself while 50 kids and parents sat around waiting. Talking to the manager the next day he could not/would not even refund the delivery fee they charged me. Poor management and poor customer service.

People were nice but gut at counter didn’t know what he was going. Other then that all went well when finally s lady came up and helped. Place was a little dirty and well the employees were goofing off n being loud.

I love this papa John’s. Our pizzas are always great from here. It is a very nice location that is very easy to see from the road. It is very clean inside and the employees are way beyond awesome. They deliver or you can pick up at this location.

To the Manager at this location: Do you train your employees not to greet a customer when they come inside your establishment? Is it acceptable of your staff to look at a customer, ignore them, keep them waiting, and keep doing their work? Then to finally greet Custimer with a “What?!, You say something?” If all that is a NO, well thats the kind of service I received yesterday. I’ve been to this establishment many times before and received better service than that on busier evenings. I hope you correct your staffs behavior.
