Ordered 4 pizzas, in a pinch. Used coupons, and it was clutch. Added extra garlic sauces and peppers. Ordering wasn’t great. Sent me to some call center then transferred me to the store to repeat my order. That was weak. Food was again on point for a fast food pizza.

Ordered two large pizza( 14”) One was regular crust and the other thin. My husband stated no way is that a large( referring to the regular crust, sure enough it measures 12”). The look of the pizza was just as bad. Tried calling them and got hung up on. Very disappointing, do better Papa John’s.

Better than the Wilmington locations, fast and friendly. Its pick-up only but if you’re favorite pizza place is closed and you need something fast and decent, this is the spot for pizza.

I had an excellent experience at Papa John’s in Leland, NC! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Despite being busy, they took the time to answer all my questions, which I truly appreciated. I ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and some wings—everything was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The service and food quality were top-notch. I’ll definitely be returning!

Pizza was decent in taste but they need to get whoever cuts the pizzas in the weight room because this is pathetic. Out of 8 pieces 0 of them were cut through. Not a big deal if you get it delivered to a home but when youre in a hotel with no pizza cutter it sucks! Get your pizza cutters lifting some dumbbells or something and i wont have any complaints!

I recommend to not order here at 10:30pm or between they should open until 12 am if they wanna buy from here but they lie that other person pick my pizza, how it’s posible no one can have my name or last name + I see how they cancel another person order that comes at the same time than me. We ask if we can order again and these worker (young man) just say they close the kitchen “AT 10:40”!!! How these store it’s suppose to be open at 12 and take my order through phone telling me my pizza and wings will be ready in 16 min “I check online say my pizza it’s still in progress when I arrive and he say was already ready gone someone else took it”. These guys just don’t wanna work and close early !

Have ordered pizza two separate occasions recently. The pizza always seems fresh, and our guests enjoy it. There are serious issues with the website changing delivery addresses after you place the order. The first time, it mysteriously changed the delivery address to the restaurant itself. The second time, I screenshotted the delivery address at ordering, and it was correct. I had been tracking the order successfully, and then suddenly, it was cancelled. (As the others on here, I received no text or phone call that my order was cancelled. I discovered this using the Order Track feature, which only comes available minutes before your pizza is due.) Called the restaurant. The manager was helpful (as before). The order had been cancelled because the system reflected an address two hours away. He advised to place the order again and choose “cash” as my payment. As soon as I placed the order, it pivoted to an old address again. It does not matter what you enter for your delivery address, it will not show up on the restaurant’s end. This has created significant logjams and chaos for the events these pizzas were for and unfortunately, we will not be able to use Papa John’s going forward. The only reason this is four stars is I was genuinely impressed with the manager’s acrobatics to make the most of a system error.

We ordered a Shaqaroni last week. It was cut in 10pieces and not cut all the way through. There was not much pepperoni on it. Yesterday we ordered a large pepperoni. It looked like the pizza exploded, there were twI big bubbles on one side.it was burnt and not cut all the way through. The Shaqaroni used to be good and I think your employees need trained better on how to make one. I know your company can’t get dependable people to come in to work. It’s happening everywhere. However they need to take pride in making a good Shaqaroni.
