Ordered two large pizza( 14”) One was regular crust and the other thin. My husband stated no way is that a large( referring to the regular crust, sure enough it measures 12”). The look of the pizza was just as bad. Tried calling them and got hung up on. Very disappointing, do better Papa John’s.

I then tried to call into the store to figure out what was going on but was instead routed to an off-site order processing customer service rep who then tried to reprocess my same order for a greater amount. I was then transferred to the local store but no one ever answered the phone.

Ordered at 6:17PM with 64-78 minute delivery time, pizza arrived at 7:03 PM that was great but moreover every single thing we ordered was delivered. They sent out the wrong order and then u can’t get anyone in the local store on the phone. Most of the time they call back if I do an online order and cancel it due to some staff shortages etc. it’s not right nor far for the customers..

Used App. Was given a 35 to 45 minutes wait time. Called after 1 hour and was told they were short on drivers. Said we were next. Ninety plus minutes later made another call. Our pizza and other items were still there waiting for the next driver. After 2+ hours I called and told them to cancel my order. Who wants food not delivered after 2 hours. If the App had told me the true wait time I would not have ordered as I had company from out of town waiting. Uninstalled my App and will never order from them again. Someone got back to me at 11:45 that night to find out my problem.

Two different times now I’ve had pizzas delivered that didn’t have the correct toppings on it. Of course you pay more per topping so it’s kind of aggravating when half of your toppings are missing. The 1st time this happened I called the store & they immediately made & delivered the correct pizza. However, this 2nd time (which was 3 days ago) I called the store over & over again to try to get my order corrected but couldn’t get ANYONE to pick up the phone. Each time I called I was put on hold. I waited for over 35 minutes on one call & the other calls I waited 5-10 minutes. I could not get a real person on the line. It was a recording that kept repeating “sorry you’re on hold, we’ll be w/ you shortly”. After an hour of trying i finally gave up & filled out the survey. I was supposed to be contacted within 48 hrs but I have yet to hear from anyone. I liked it better when I’d get a busy signal & could just keep calling back until it rang thru. HORRIBLE customer service because they don’t have any!!
