POOR customer service! Don’t ask for extra toppings. I had ordered extra meatballs and when I called the store the lady said she would speak to the manager. The manager said she followed the portion directions exactly. Last time I get ripped off for an extra $4. I would have been content with a $4 credit to my Papa John’s account. From now on I will stick to Michaelangelos in CB and keep my money local.

We got pizza here one night while staying in Carolina Beach after not being able to find a decent local pizza place around. We overall like Papa John’s and this place was just like all the other ones back home. Our order was ready for pickup and tasted great.

Food was good. Delivery was nice and prompt. But guys… I paid 35 with tip for a LG pizza. Please, either don’t cut the slices or actually make sure they’re cut. 99% of the people you deliver to have cut a pizza before. It doesn’t take a lot of effort to make sure the pizza is cut. It’s like y’all just make a line and say, “yep that’s good.” If the za isn’t cut I’d rather the lines not even be there so I can’t actually cut it how I want. I get it, it’s a small thing but I paid a decent amount of money for one za and at the very least the employees can’t make sure when I go to pick up one single slice I don’t pick up the whole pizza.

Got delivered 2 bowls for 20 bucks and there’s no noodles in the chicken Alfredo. Manage didnt even say sorry or anything. That’s about 4 bites per bowl for 10 bucks a pop. Profit magin sky high. Ill never order again. Jipped.

Generally like PJ but the comments of the manager Alex S on Nextdoor that are derogatory to so called “Boomers” mean that I will not be ordering again any time soon from this location and suggest anyone else of age join me in not ordering.
