OMG I tried the new spicy garlic stuffed crust pizza tonight disgusting and yuck . Its swimming in so grease and oil its super soggy and not really worth eating. I will definitely not be getting this crust style again I will stick to original.

My experience with this Papa John’s location was very disappointing. I called to make a order, the phone rang for almost a minute before anyone answered. The person who did answer was new and she stated that this was her first order she was nice and did her best but unfortunately she had no support from her manager. She then put me on hold to get help. I was on hold for 28 minutes. When finally the manager got on the phone she was rude. I told her that I changed my mind and was no longer going to order from them. Two days later I decided to give them another chance. This time I walked to the Papa John’s. I was staying at the hotel across the street it was noon when I got to Papa John’s. There was an employee sitting on a bench waiting for the manager to get to work to unlock the door.he said he has been waiting for about 2 hours for someone to show up. I do not recommend this Papa John’s location at all. So if you would want pizza in this area there is a Pizza Hut and a Domino’s just down the road.

maybe just a pet peeve of mine, but if you advertise closing at 10, and you allow people to put in an online order; be solid enough to complete the order. i ordered online at 9:45 thinking they closed at 11. when i realized they close at ten i felt bad and i called them even tho online it said my order was completed. I called just to tell them i was sorry, and that i would make it up to them by tipping both the driver and the fella who makes the pizza. Instead i was told that the driver was out on delivery and that they would have to cancel the order. i was told the money would go back on my card in 3 business days… All i’m saying is, put that your closing time is to be determined. or 9:30 and then stick to it… at the very least attempt to do something to make it at least appear that u care about the inconvenience like a free pizza… i guess i just need to be happy i’m getting my money back in three days

Order a Papa John bowl for my husband,which he said was good. I get to the store to pick it up and there was an employee making pizza with no gloves on. Apparently printed the wrong code for this deal cause when I tried to get it online it said it was not a valid code. When I tried to call to ask about it the person I spoke to said “oh…I don’t know” then just was silent. So I asked for a manager but they just asked the manager and came back on after laughing with her fellow coworkers about whatever and then was like “okay so we can’t do anything about it” even though I asked if I could just do it over the phone but they said they don’t even though the flyer CLEARLY SAYS IT CAN DO BOTH.
