Terrible experience, we just had a large 6 cheese pizza delivered and the pizza wasn’t cooked. The cheese wasn’t even melted. I understand that there is more cheese on it and all that, but this pizza was so gross. I should’ve went with Marcos instead, way better pizza and half the price.
Update: we just called and got the order taken off. We dont want to wait another hr for another pizza. So thats cool they refunded it. I guess cereal for supper it is because this pizza is going to the trash. Updated to 3 stars because they took care of the order.

Ordered a meat lovers stuffed crust pizza and a papadia. Papadia was fine but the pizza was literal dough. It was not cooked at all. Even at home we put it back in the oven and couldn’t get it done enough without burning or drying out the rest of the pizza. Such a shame

This is the most Racist Papa’s Johns i have ever interacted with. The people there have the most micro-aggressive customer service. I watched 5 people get their orders before me, all not people of color. The serviced they received was great. She restarted making my items three times, and each time got smart with me for absolutely no reason.
This is completely unacceptable in 2025. We need to do better. You are better off going to Little Caesars.

Extra dipping sauce is 99 cents a cup! It has maybe an ounce of a simple condiment. The Sanford location is 75 cents. Just a quarter you say, quit complaining, but that’s a 33% increase comparitively! These prices are set by the owners of the individual franchise, so you can’t blame corporate. This location is the closest to me but I’ll drive a few more miles to the Horner Blvd location out of principle so that my money doesn’t go to a price gouging franchisee owner trying to pad their pockets off of a comdiment! I understand charging enough to cover the overhead off of it, but to profit from a condiment is kind of a slap in the face when franchised places like Arbies has sauces in the dining area on pumps. If you don’t care about that, the pizza is standars Papa Johns, so no complaints there.

I don’t know about this place. They aren’t consistent with any good quality of cooking or baking so far. The delivery people are good. It’s just who ever makes my orders has no pride in their work. I just ordered 5 papadias and 3 were dry, 4 were skimp on ingredients and only one came with a pepper. I’ve ordered from here 5 times so far; 1st time was great, next 3 times had issues with one thing or another things that were supposed to be guaranteed. This time was poor in quality of food. I’ll give one more shot since other time.

The employee handling the order was unprofessional in both appearance and attitude. A playboy bunny and marijuana leaf adorned hat and shirt do not coincide with Papa John’s slogan of “Do the Right Thing: Integrity, Character, Community”
I was asked to step outside and wait for my order despite my order being ready and other customers in the store had not even ordered yet.

I ordered a gluten-free pizza. When I received my order I noticed the pizza was thicker then any gluten free pizza I had ever seen. I thought cool, i can have a thick pizza. NOPE!! 30 minutes later my stomach started acting up and one hour later I had the Sh!ts. The lady on the phone was difficult and I think she messed up. Eat at Dinos in Cameron and get a frozen gluten-free pizza from a store.
