If I could give zero I would. Horrible service. Horrible management. Not customer friendly, no care or concern about the speediness of service! Waited 30 mins for papa bites a $7 order, got a text stating it was ready only to go inside and wait another 30 min for a wrong item! Manager has terrible communication skills! Been in food service all my life and this is ridiculous! It’s not brain surgery, it’s food service, do it well and do it fast and you will have happy costumers! Too easy! At least pretend to care if you hate your job. I’ll be contacting corporate.

They intentionally incorrectly made my food bc I didn’t tip with carry out. They gave me a pizza without any sauce. And it was just dough with toppings not cooked. They’re was like this weird ranch like sauce. Had to toss it. Wasted 20 dollars.

I ordered online. Went to the store when the tracker said my order was ready for pick up. The clerk just stared at me. Never said hello. Just asked for my name. The order was not ready. My pizza box was sitting on the counter for 15 minutes opened. People making pizzas without gloves or hairnets. I ordered a veggie pizza and a cookie. Waited an additional 20 minutes. Asked if my order was ready after I was told it would be ready in 5 minutes. The clerk still had to ask for them to make a cookie. I just asked for my pizza and left. Waisted $8.00 for nothing. The nerve for the site to ask for a tip when I’m coming into pick up my own order. Then have the order not completed. Trash! I’ve worked in every restaurant level and tier for 15 years. That was the worst experience I’ve ever had. From customer service to execution of order, TRASH!
She offered me a drink. That was insulting. I want my $8.00 back. I really want my food to actually be ready when your tracker says it’s ready. A little proper customer service would be great too. Since it’s a $20 plus meal.

Update: So on Friday, August 4, 2023, I encountered a weird situation at this establishment. One of the employees here was sick, asking the manager to go home because she wasn’t feeling well. And the manager (Trevor) was threatening to fire her if she left… that she was going to stay there until the end of her shift, no matter what.
I wouldn’t want someone sick preparing food. And certainly would want an a-hole manager treating me like that if I was his employee. I don’t blame the girl at all. That manager needs to get fired. No care for employees, no care for people getting food here while workers are sickaking food.
No, I didn’t order. My health is not worth the risk.

Okay so me and my husband usually don’t complain. But this time I’m probably going to have to rate on this Papa John’s.. We usually don’t have issues with messed up orders. When I don’t understand as how you can mix up meat lovers Pizza and get us a supreme pizza be at on the box of the label says pepperoni pizza and I don’t know if it’s just me $21 for a medium in 1 liter Pepsi is a bit much but then again I don’t know.. But all in all i didnt get what i ordered and i record all my phones and I have it on recording that i ordered meat lovers from here….. so me and my husband wasn’t too happy with the service.
