This location should be one of the 300 that are closing. Took close to 45 minutes to get the pizza delivered 2miles down the road. I didn’t use Doordash but that’s who delivered it. Also I ordered 2 additional pepperochinis for $1.00 and only got the 1 that comes in the box and it was less than an inch long. When I tried calling the location, nobody answered. Funny thing is they sent me an email expressing they did not meet my expectations, therefore, giving me a %50 off coupon for product at menu price.

These are the most beautiful garlic knots and cheese sticks ever . I get so disappointed when I get them from other places and they’re lacking cheese or the yummy sauce on the garlic knots. God bless yall

Ordered a pizza on the app, pizza was never marked delivered. Happened to look through my door and they had just left it outside while it was 35°f even though instructions were to to only hand it to me In person, yet they never knocked or rang my doorbell. Folks, Papa Johns has been out GoTo Pizza for years. In Huntington Beach customer service was hit & miss. Today, we were helped by Tristan, Kool dude made our pizza just as ordered and possibly for the very first time in the history of ordering pizza it was hot hot hot like we like it.
People often, will be quick to give a review or comments when they are not pleased or simply to be A holes. I am not that guy, a little gay perhaps but never give a review that is not deserved. This guy Tristan, this shop deserves my positive comments. Also, first time witnessing an absurd act from an Uber driver old woman. She messed up order from Little Caesars, stopped at convenience store to buy drinks, apparently diet and wanted to exchange drinks here, yet Papa Johns did not carry that brand. The audacity to come into a totally different business is crazy.
In closing, Soldiers I am a new Barber @ My Barber 5953 Yadkin Rd. providing you cheaper than post haircuts to you our military so you will have that extra cash for ordering Pizza from Papa Johns.

I am the only customer in their store right now and waited seven minutes for one of the three employees to acknowledge me. Even then, it was only because EYE spoke up. I’m just in town visiting my nieces and nephew, but this customer service experience is trash. I live in Atlanta, so that’s saying a lot. I gave an extra star only because the lady who actually took my order was nice.

Great service! I placed a large order the night before. Everything was delivered as ordered 15 minutes before the delivery time, and they threw in an extra pizza too. Thank you for going above and beyond for a wonderful experience!

Pizza is usually good but the rest a C- it doesn’t matter what shift I go, it’s NEVER ready and average another 10 minutes wait time on top of what’s already been 20. And it never fails…Hey I know you see me standing here. Can you at least acknowledge you know it to? The managers will speed by you with their own pizza in hand, not say a single word and go on out the door. I don’t know why but this always shocks me
