I usually order Domino’s but decided to give Papa John’s another try after an incident with food quality 2 years ago. As you can see in the photos, WHAT kind of cuts are these??? And the ranch in my Papdia tastes bad.
I will not order from this location again. There’s one by my cousin’s house in Kannapolis that always makes good food.
AND that DD driver left my order on my front door mat instead of handing it to me.

I placed an order for a medium the meats pan pizza. Was excited until it came, opened up the box and there was a pepperoni pizza loaded in sauce. Contacted the store, agent answered I was not angry at all, but I just let him know”hey my pizza just came but it’s not my pizza” “this is just a pepperoni” . He said didn’t worry I’m gonna take care of this right now. After being on hold he can’t back confirmed my phone number and what I had said hold on again came back and said we’re gonna make it over and get it out to you. It’ll be about 20 mins it’s now 10:10pm no word and no order correction. Which is really said cause the way he spoke I really thought the correction was being made. Used my discounts and papa dough on an order that wasn’t even right or corrected. Sorry, will not be ordering from this store again. At least not for delivery.

Ordered a deal thru Uber buy 1 get 1 free. Decided to go ahead and place a customized order for half pepperoni half Philly steak. Paid 50 dollars for 1 pizza. The Philly side had one microscopic shave of steak on it (each). Was not eligible for a refund from Uber. Will never order again.

This was the only place open on Sunday Jan 25 during the winter storm. Every single employee worked so diligently the entire time we waited and we were treated with kindness even though they were slammed. Amazing service!! Thank you!

Whoever made this pizza needs a raise. I never write reviews but I felt I had to because this photo is just so beautiful. It tastes how I imagined the pizza from the SpongeBob pizza delivery episode would taste like. 10/10.

Pizza was incorrect – toppings were incorrectly distributed among halves. Random toppings were also added. Crust was incorrect. Included garlic sauce was exploded in the box. This was a pickup order; not a delivery order. I don’t see how an exploded sauce gets included. I also don’t see how employees can be so incompetent as to wildly ruin an order when all they have to do is read simple instructions from a screen. I love Papa Johns, but will never use this location again.

My husband is a chef and I have to say, this is some of the best pizza in Charlotte. We ordered the spinach and tomato with white sauce (pan) and it was amazing. We’ve eaten at all the good ones around town and for the price and quality, it is definitely worth it!!

I watched them making pizza, they don’t wear gloves while making pizza. They touched different items and not washing their hands. I watched the gentleman with glasses answer the phone then go straight back to making a pizza.
