This is such a horrible place for a Papa John. First the driver act like they don’t know how to find me when it’s clearly in the instructions and could have called me instead of text, then to find out the driver ain’t even bring my entire order. Then as far as my order the pizza ain’t cut as instructed and one the boxes of wings scattered all around the box like someone threw it across the parking lot or something, then in that same box ain’t even got the correct dipping sauce. Ain’t even gonna eat them wings cause that is just a nasty mess. People acting like they deserve better wages but can’t even provide quality care for the products you buy.

One of the worst pizza orders I’ve gotten in a while. Ordered bacon cheese bread. Almost no bacon. Definitely over baked too as cheese was no longer cheesy. The pizza was a stuffed crust – the outside crust was fine, but the actual pizza was so thin it was almost nonexistent. Definitely won’t be ordering here again.

Ordered 16 Piece wings at 11:45 pm was hoping I would enjoy great wings like other papa John’s location have before. But I’m now enjoying burnt wings that apparently was fried in old oil . Particules of old wings and other foods was attached to the wings. They where drizzled in Buffalo sauce after placed in the box instead of being tossed . I’m a chef at a very exclusive restaurant in Las Vegas Nevada and visiting my wife that just wanted to eat papa John’s wings after she been released from surgery. Please just treat your customers as if your serving your mother or most beloved person.

First off, delivery driver is great. However, store service is not. They don’t pick up the phone. I placed my order online, and it doesn’t tell me the estimated time till after I put the order through. It says 119-129 minutes for my delivery! I couldn’t find a cancel button, so had to call the store. Good thing the estimate was way off and they delivered my order in reasonable time. However, they forgot to put the spinach I ordered.

Great pizza on the original crust. The thin crust pizza was not good at all but the original crust was great. We got some Garlic/Parmesan chicken wings and that was the best wings I have had in quite some time. Definitely recommend.

the work team and the person who works in preparing the pizza is really careless, he does not wear a mesh or hair cap, he crosses from the preparation area to the cash register to deliver orders, he returns to his work area and does not Wash your hands, never wear gloves! On the other hand, the person who took my order never asked me for my name, I waited more than 20 minutes since I saw that the box they had put to deliver was mine!

Unbelievable!! 1hour late. I had managers waiting on food in a conference room for an hour for the food. They still charged me for the food. The door dash man said he had to collect the payment. The driver said he just picked it up from the store so it’s not the driver. The store was terrible. Lying to me each time I called. How terrible this experience was. Never again. Dominos next time. By by Shaq!!!!

So I ordered through the papa John’s app which I usually have no trouble with, around 9:45. 11:00 pm I get a call that the dasher delivering my order (I guess they’re using dashers if they don’t have drivers bc I did not order with DoorDash) took my order and cancelled after he took it. Okay. They said they’d make it and resend. Well I wait about an hour, no pizza, so I call back, apparently the same thing happened again. It’s over 3 hours later and I don’t have my order. The staff at this location were very nice and tried to help me and even gave me a discount on the resent pizza. It’s not their fault. The manager Donald was very nice and tried to help as well, and even offered to send it a 3rd time, but it seems like papa John’s does not have a good system for getting deliveries handled.
