Such a terribly made pizza. base so thick and uneven, cut by a child. More than half the large pizza was just thick crust. Where are my toppings !!! Didn’t realize you get half for 50% off deal.

Ordered the Shaq-a-Roni with jalapeño bites. The Shaq-a-Roni didn’t disappoint. You can never go wrong with extra cheese and pepperoni covering the entire pizza. The jalapeño bites were delicious also. The food was delivered hot and fresh plus not a long delivery time. I have to add that pizza is delicious in any shape, but for now, Papa John’s pizza is offering a heart-shaped pizza for Valentine’s Day. It’s the sweetest way to say that I love you to the special person in your life.

The food delivered was slightly different than what I ordered but didn’t realize it until after I opened the boxes and the driver was gone. Turns out the address on the box was for someone else, so the driver mixed up the orders. It was close enough to my original order so we just said not a big deal, we’ll take it. Didn’t call or complain, nothing… but 45 mins later the same delivery driver knocked on my door with more food in his hands… he said we saw from our end you didn’t get what you ordered the first time, so we wanted to make it right. Talk about great customer service!!! Maybe the other house complained about the original order, but we didn’t, yet Papa John’s still went out of their way to still make mine right too when they didn’t have to.

My wife placed an order this MORNING at 7:20AM to be ready for pickup at 5pm. When she got to the shop AT 5PM they hadn’t even put the pizzas in the oven yet. This location is a joke and clearly not concerned with customer service. The guy behind the counter basically said he didnt care and to pound sand.

Horrible!!! I got a bunch of bread and nothing else. This restaurant literally STOLE MONEY from me by giving me half baked bread a little bit of sauce, cheese and a couple of toppings on it. Drive 10 miles out of the way to avoid this place if you have to. I feel violated.

Tried going again and I got an oddly thin burnt pizza. Consistently disappointing.
Got raw pizza dough. Called and got a free one to make up for it. Free one had raw dough too. Used to eat here all the time, no more.

Normally the pizza is good but tonight’s order plus chicken wings were absolutely not good at all. On top of that our order was 30.00 when we went in to pick up the order they refused to take a 100.00 bill other than that we had a 50.00 bill again refused to accept it. Had to leave go to Harris Teeter buy a 20oz drink just to break the 50. This experience did it for us, will stick with a different pizza place in the future will not return to Papa Johns.

Absolutely terrible, we found a piece of skin in our marinara sauce, not the prepackaged ones they used to carry. Instead of apologizing the staff tried to tell us the pizza was fine because it comes from a different source, and then be told we could get a credit for free pizza. Finally the manager said he would void the transaction but not once was there an apology or anything.

Ordered an Italian Trio over the phone but I guess the AI didn’t understand what that meant. My order was just Italian Sausage. Got home and found there was at best 3-5 pieces of 1/2 dime size sausage pieces on a large pizza slices. Talk about price gouging.
