I am a pregnant mom of 4. I haven’t been able to cook much recently due to nausea especially with the smell of cooking food.
The manager Eddie went above and beyond my expectations tonight. The food was delicious and he exhibited excellent customer service when an issue arose with my delivery tonight.
He made my food fresh and even included the original order for the inconvenience. Perfect for lunch for the kiddos tomorrow while they are out of school.
He was super friendly and showed real empathy and he alone is reason enough to return to this Papa John’s!!
You never know how much one interaction can change someone’s life or day but as long as you have employees like Eddie you will continue to be contributing to the good in the world.

Never really had a problem until this evening. Ordered 3 pizzas and 2 didn’t have sauce on them. Asked about it got told there was nothing they could do because…not everyone likes sauce.

I recently ordered from Papa John’s because it’s convenient, but it’s far from good. Also, when paying, I ran into an issue. I tried to pay for the whole order with a $100 bill, but the driver only had about $15 in change, leading me to tip much more than intended. It would be helpful if the app had a notice reminding customers that drivers carry limited change.

The food was great the only issue we had was I selected Outside Pickup and if no area is designated to pull up and park and turn on Warning Flashers. We did that but no one responded so I had to go in and pick it up!

The pizza from this location is always made properly even though we admittedly order pizzas with modifications like light sauce and extra or added and removed toppings. The delivery times can be a bit long but they seem to be well staffed with plenty of drivers so this is usually limited to the busiest times and days of the week. The drivers are always polite during the brief interactions I have with them when they drop our order off.

All Papa John’s Pizza’s are awesome. Less greasy than the rest I feel. Their pull apart cinnamon desert is to die for! OMG! You need to try it if you haven’t!

Papa John’s does have some good pizza! This shop in boiling springs NC does a pretty good job I guess. Although after being told my order would be ready in 5 minutes, it ended up being more like 20 to 25 minutes because something got messed up. Anyway, I still recommend them because like I said at the beginning, they do have good pizza!
