Be careful ordering. If you have any issues with address or card they will INCREASE TIP TO 20%. Then when you call to ask about it they ROUTE YOUR CALL to some national call center now for papajohns where they can’t effectively do anything about your order and make you wait through holding while they blast you with ads. Go away. Hard pass.

My order was delivered through a this company door dash instead of a popa John’s delivery , and I called back to popa John’s and told the manager what happened and they didn’t help me out service and they didn’t have any changese and they took my pizza back the door dash driver and I call the manager for popa John’s and they said that they could not do anything except make me order the pizza again and charged me for the other pizza and we very rude about the whole ordeal. I will never order anything else from them again. They should have called me and told me that they were sending a door dash driver who smell of pot and was name Brandon.

Pizza tasted okay, could’ve been cooked slightly longer. However, my main issue was with the delivery driver. I cracked my door to greet him and he just stared at me before looking into my apartment. I said hi to get his attention and stop him from looking in. He said hi and handed me the pizza. Took the pizza, thanked him, started to close ghe door, and he told me to hang on cause he was going to check for another pizza. I told him there wasn’t one. He then proceeded to actually lean over so he could look into my apartment more. Told him bye and he started to leave so I closed the door and locked it as fast as I could. The whole interaction was unsettling and honestly, inappropriate. I did not feel safe and I still don’t feel very happy about this. He had absolutely no reason to look into my apartment once, let alone to lean over for a second look. Especially with a cracked door; I’d think that would be the opposite of an invitation. All in all, I sincerely hope they do background checks on their drivers and have conduct conversations with them because this was upsetting and weird.

Good pizza but delivery took an hour and 20 minutes! This has happened before.. We are new to the area and have never had this problem with Papa John’s in other places. Waiting like that really makes it kind of hard to enjoy the pizza once it arrives. Please, guys, get a handle on this..

I went to papa johns on post rd. I was not happy when I saw my order. I mean the bread was burnt to the point it was tough. Then I noticed the filling wasn’t great either. They’re was barely any filling at all. Very disappointing.

Was emailed my order was ready and it wasn’t. While waiting inside employees were full on screaming at each other ??? And also getting orders mixed up. And had pizza boxes on the floor and watched him move them to the shelf and I just feel like storing boxes on the FLOOR that peoples food is going into is gross.
