Better Ingredients, Better Pizlease wait and don’t ask the construction crew for a pizza. It might slow them down. And, they are good at building stuff and Eating Pizza… Not making it.
Well except for Stan. He’s been taking a life enhancement class at Stanly College with his wife, who signed them up for ‘Baking: Without Using the Microwave’. Good for them! Getting that spark back into the marriage life and helping to make cooking time their special time in the midst of their busy family life… They really have bonded again over baking. We could probably all could benefit from taking a baking class.
Ahhhhh and all because of Pizza.

Is there any issue that pizza cannot solve?
It is Quiet possibly, the World’s most prefect food.

(When I stopped by, I snuck some of Stan’s coffee when he was installing the oven vents… And I don’t know how old his coffee maker is, but DUDE! I think I found the origin of his marriage troubles. Sheeeeesh!)
Enjoy the waiting and anticipation of when this pizzeria opens… the denial only makes the first bite of pizza perfection better.

Came here to get lunch for my family one Sunday and was having a little trouble with a gift card, which was valid. Upon entering the store the head manager, the bald guy with the glasses was completely blessing out one of his employees being very degrading and belitting them. It took us 40 minutes trying to get the gift card to work in their system. The employees tried their best but it wasnt until 40 minutes another customer told us that the specific type of gift card we had, you got a code to use 24 hours after you put the order in online. By that point the young man was going to give us the pizza for free and just void it out in their system. Which I know they can do because they have instances where people dont show up for their food or they make the wrong pizza. The head manager then comes out and retracts what the younger employee had already told us and began to berate the employee in front of us and the rest of the restaurant, saying we could actually not get our food taken care of and that it cost the restaurant money. Papa John’s is a multi million dollar company. It would not hurt them to have our pizza taken care of after this ordeal. The manager then said that it was not their problem that we didnt have a valid form of payment. He was extremely rude. I would not recommend giving business to this papa John’s and I definitely would not recommend anyone work there. I will be calling corporate tomorrow

I put my order in first thing and I was waiting on it to be an hour from the time I ordered it, but Miss Kimberly was here in 30 minutes with very nice hot cooked amazing pizza. Delivery was fantastic. I think I will use Kimberly every single time. Food was fresh and that has to be the best Papa John’s Pizza I’ve ever tasted in my life. Good job guys. Well Done.

Papa John’s replaced my order and refunded my money when DoorDash asked me to come pick my order up after it had been ready for 30 mins. The employees were super nice and very helpful. So glad they came to our area!!

What a fantastic experience at the new Papa John’s in Locust! As the superintendent for the store’s construction, I can say our first run of pizzas was a huge success. Everything was delicious, and the team did a great job. We can’t wait to come back for more!

Ordered 2 different online orders under the same name. When we went to get them they handed me one and I explained I had two orders under the same name. Was told it wasnt ready. I stood outside waiting and eventually went back in. My second order had been on the very bottom shelf and continued to sit for the 20 minutes I stood outside waiting. The girl didnt check to see if that was it first time in. Only reason I got it was because a different employee came over. Now to the food, opening days can have a bunch going on. With that said the pizza(2 mediums 1 large) tasted rushed that or the extra time it sat until they gave it to me could be to blame who knows. The wings(2 10 piece 1 buffalo 1 garlic parm) were barley drizzled with sauce any less and they would have been plain. I know first few days open can be hectic, but it shouldn’t equal subpar food.

First time visiting this new location. Saturday night & it was hopping! Wait time was reasonable & understandable with them being new to the area. Standout customer service from Brandon though. Very personal & collected despite it being so busy. Y’all try to hold onto him, you just don’t see customer service precision like him anymore.

They deliver through door dash. Where hot bags are not a requirement. 2 hours wait to get it. Not hot. If u want hot pizza delivered don’t bother.

Between customer service and restaurant staff, no one could give me a direct answer on mile radius for delivery. I was told by restaurant staff my best bet was to just look it up myself, and customer service was of no use because that is up to the specific store.
