Papa John’s Pizza is an amazing place to eat. The pizzas are always delicious and customer service fantastic. I have been there several times to eat and they have awesome prices on specials. I will go again soon. It depends on what I order the cost can run from 7 to 20 dollars. It is reasonable. A great place to eat.

Both pizzas I ordered were very poorly topped. Which wasn’t enough for me to complain or waste my time on doing a review. BUT ! I found a hair intertwined in the cheese. This is disgusting! Never will I ever come here again . (Picture shows a partial of the hair since it broke off ) Also just for reference I ordered pineapple and beef as well as mushrooms and jalapeños on my pizza and I can only see one chunk of pineapple on that picture and 2-3 of beef . 20 bucks for a pizza from here isn’t worth it unless you like thick hair to be replacing your toppings .

I made an online order for a large pizza with no cheese and only onion. I called the store to give a slight detail as to ensure there would be no dairy on the pizza. Ms. D was super polite and friendly to me. I picked the order up, and I couldn’t be happier. I haven’t had Papa Johns in nearly 12 years. It was nice being able to indulge again. I’ll definitely order again at this location.

I don’t do many restaurant reviews. Tonight I ordered 2 large NY style cheese pizzas for delivery from Lincolnton. Haven’t ordered from them in years. Now I remember why. Pizzas were tasteless, doughy (which is odd for NY crust), zero flavor, and greasy. Sauce was like stewed tomatoes and very thin. No Italian flavoring at all. I added onion and parmesan/romano as an extra topping to one of my cheese pizzas (not extra mozz) and it was so bland and thick that it practically gagged me to swallow it. I think they doubled the mozz instead. Onions were barely cooked and soggy. Didn’t know they would drown the pizza in tasteless cheese. This had to be a mistake. Waste of $40 + tip. Not a happy result. We tossed them after one slice each.

I placed an order through the app and was told afterwards that Door Dash would be delivering the food. I waited an hour for our food.The app updated and said your food is on the way at 742 pm and the driver’s name was Richard F. Following along in the app, you can see the driver stopped for at least 10 minutes either at CVS, Wendy’s or the smoke shop on the way to my house. The driver pulled up at my house at 808 pm according to my camera and a lady gets out of the car and leaves my food on the front door step. She never rang the bell and wasn’t supposed to be delivering my food. I get the food and bring it in the house and of course it is cold. I live six minutes from Papa Johns. I called the store to speak with some guy who claims he is the manager and basically tells me there is nothing he can do. The drivers don’t work for him and that if I didn’t want my food left on the door step, that I should have put specific instructions in the box. Well, it literally says hand me my order. While Im telling him this, he hung up the phone up on me. Before the pizza ever got to my house and before I called the store, I received an email that says sorry about your order, here is 50% off your next order. Their customer service was the worst. We frequently order from Papa Johns but I will not be ordering from them again.

After many orders that are late and cold. After many complaints. I’m still getting orders delivered by door dash from papa john’s. Door dash repeatedly extends the delivery time and that’s why the food is always cold. I’m at my wits end. I want pizza but hate the crappy service called door dash and don’t believe I want pizza that badly.
