I just recently moved to the area of Belmont from Florida and needed a quick dinner for the night. I guess I was among the lucky few in this review group. I got an outstanding works pizza with a decent sized pepper (I wish papa johns gave more than one) cooked perfectly and delivered on time and hot! Can’t ask for anything more than satisfying service.

Pizza came undercooked and we had to (try) to cook it ourselves. In an attempt to do that, it was so flimsy the toppings and cheese basically slid off. Should have just saved my money and made our own.

Routinely will have my dipping sauces left off the order. Most of their “drivers” are Doordash and dont even look to make sure correct before leaving. Just tell you sorry they didnt give me any sauces for you and leave. The tracking feature and estimated times are all over the place. They legit cut my large pizza into 4 uneven slices. The garlic parmesan breadsticks had a dash of seasoning at best and were bone dry and chewy.

I ordered a large meat lover pizza. It took forever to get delivered and when I received my pizza it was cold , there was no extra sauce like I asked for the pizza wasn’t cut all the way through so we called and got another pizza remade and delivered. The second pizza we decided we wanted todo half meat lovers and half cheese , we were told it was going to take 1 hour and 35 minutes until it could be brought to us. But they said they would cook it when the driver got back to the store so it was as fresh as possible when we received it and it was colder than the first pizza we got, still no ex sauce and still wasn’t cut all the way through. My husband had to cut it himself when it got here. Employees were very kind when trying to make it right but we were still not satisfied. I guess we will just stick to dominos.

Ordered 2 pizzas and poppers, was delivered to the wrong address (or not at all, idk but i didn’t receive it). Called and was told they would remake and re-deliver, some time later I was called and informed they were out of poppers and asked to be refunded for them. Pizza was finally delivered and it is extremely greasy and undercooked (as a result of trying to get it out to me as soon as possible I’m guessing). One of the pizzas was supposed to be double beef but I definitely wouldn’t consider this “extra beef”.

I feel like I have been robbed. These pizzas had so few toppings that they were barely identifiable. I used to love Papa John’s when I lived in Greensboro 20 years ago. No more. I could have done better with a 99 cent pizza from the freezer.

They were very kind. Order was ready and hot. They gave me extra peppers for no charge which I appreciated. Everything that I got was really good! I will continue going there. The Shaqaronni was great along with the appetizers. I recommend them highly. Quality food for a good price.

Cancelled my whole order because they didn’t have the cheeseburger pizza as advertised. DoorDash had to cancel due to delivery persons not wanting to pick up some of the order. Last time I order from this restaurant

This delivery driver with her boyfriend in the car, pulled out in front of us we had to slam our brakes and blow the horn to make her aware of what she was doing. She stopped @ a green light holding up traffic on a very busy road while we were behind her and wouldn’t let us by. We went around, by then the light was red. She and her boyfriend started swearing @ us and the boyfriend tried to get out of the vehicle to approach ours. He’s lucky his girlfriend didn’t let him. Apparently he hangs out @ the store all day while she works. If there was a physical altercation it would’ve in my rights to press charges on both of them and sue papa John’s. I hope corporate sees this and address it immediately.
