Food was barely warm. Pizza had been sitting there forever and were waiting on boneless wings. The boneless wings barely had any sauce on them. Very disappointed in customer service at this location, my previous review from

I do not have a Papa John’s in my town so have to drive 25 minutes. I placed an order to pickup at 4:15pm and at 3:55 I checked the progress and it said ready for pickup. I don’t know how long it had been ready before I checked.By the time I picked it up and drove home it would be 45 minutes at least that it had been sitting. Please consider that people place orders for a specific time for a reason. I understand that times can’t be perfect but 20mins or more isn’t acceptable. With that being said, the pizza was good, the restaurant clean and the staff friendly.

Pizza was decent. However, the ordering process was ridiculous. They used a call center that was most likely out of country because the person trying to take the order had a thick accent that was difficult to understand and they couldn’t even pronounce Albemarle. We ended up ordering it through Uber Eats and picked it up.

Was a 35 minute wait and the food was cold, I got 3 pizza’s two was so cold you couldn’t eat them the other was so hot it burnt you and the wings would have been good but they bearly put sauce on them and the cheese bread was Soggy will not be going back anytime soon….if could have put negative stars would have been negative-3

We had 2 messed up orders and have proof. On Sept 1st we ordered delivery of a pizza, a papadilla, & wings with extra sauces; seen in photo. The driver delivered the wrong order, seen in photo and we called right away. The boxes didnt have our names on it. They have use the credit and said to call the store to get the order again another day because they were busy. We called a week later to order the same thing. The mananger was over the top rude. He first refused to deliver and said he couldnt find the order. Then, after delivering they again sent the wrong order, seen in photo on Sept 6th. Only one pizza. My girl called them again and the manager was very rude and accused us of lying on the phone. We explained that we had proof on the ring camera. He proceeded to scold her on the phone. The worst place. We dont even trust them to order from again. Stay away.

placed an order for 8:15 pickup and got a call from someone at this store around 7:45 asking if we would be there by 8 because they’re locking the doors at 8 (they’re supposed to be open for hours longer). the employee or manager we spoke to was insanely rude and clearly lacked any customer service skills. we will not be coming back to this restaurant again.
