So I placed an order tonight and decided to pick it up instead of delivery, well glad I did because it filled my heart with warm joy as I pulled up to park there was an older gentleman taking the time to blow the water puddles to avoid the frozen ice patches not only did he do it in front of papa John’s he covered the surrounding stores to ensure no one gets hurt while coming out for a meal then the cashier was going through something personal and still took time to greet me with a smile God bless this crew and I pray the little men I’m raising see this and remember change and happiness starts with us one person at a time

Hands down the best Papa John’s around! They help carry my food out, and even ran out to my car when they forgot part of my order once to catch me before I left without it! Has become our weekly family pizza night spot!

I actually prefer the flavor of Papa John’s pizzas. I always order carry out. I never had a problem. Service seems to be fine everytime I go. My favorite pizza is the bbq chicken with bacon and light jalapenos. I never tried the meatballs so I tried it with pepperoni and spinach. It was a great combo.

This review has been a long time coming. Manager is rude and incompetent. I’ve given this place so many chances because I like the gluten free pizza crust, but will be ordering from Pizza Hut in the future. They have much better pizza and customer service! After many issues with our previous orders I decided to give them once more chance tonight, and received doughy undercooked pizza that was somehow burned at the same time! How does that even happen? They swirl the sauce on the crust without spreading it out, and I can’t eat cheese on it so I essentially get served dry bread! When I questioned the manager about why the sauce isn’t spread out, he acted like I was an idiot for not asking for extra sauce! Who has ever had to ask a pizza place to spread the sauce across the crust? I explained that I’m not asking for extra, just for it to cover the bread!! At any other pizza place this is a given lol. I won’t be spending anymore money with Papa Johns!

Wanted to give credit to the employees at this location. In the past I didn’t order pizza here because it’s across town, but every time I do the employees are so nice!
Last week we put in an order and the employee handing it off asked if we could double check I had all our sauces before I left. And she was so sweet and friendly.
We’re having a gathering tonight so we decided to order from papa John’s again and the employee handing off my order was so cheerful and kind! Left with good feelings and a smile.
Also the pizza is always done fast and well made.

I was nervous about returning to this location as I had it twice before a swore to not go back after my last experience. But they had a BOGO offer so I gave them another shot. Much better experience. The restaurant was well staffed, friendly service and greeted as soon as I walked in this time. My order was ready and brought to me within 20 secs of walking in. I didn’t get the name of the staff that brought it to me but he was friendly, cools, and hospitable. I am so pleased with the improvements they have made and I will be back!

I normally don’t like writing bad reviews but I need to say this may as many times I order from here they get it wrong more than right either pizzas warm/cold but today I made a mistake and didn’t pay by card like I wanted to so I called the store to do so. The person who answered the phone with a major attitude. He cancel the order so I could reorder my food so I did and clearly there’s no onions ordered on my pizza but I got onions in my pizza still ate it because honestly didn’t want to feel like something might happen if I tried to get it fixed. The only reason I still order is for the deals and garlic sauce at this point.
