Ordered a small works pizza to my hotel, well done. The driver showed up right away and I had to meet him down in the lobby per hotel policy. When I got back to my room the pizza was cold. I also Ordered well done and the crust looked rare. I ordered extra garlic butter and normally it is nice and melted, nope it was like a paste because my pizza was so cold.
Totally unimpressed with this Papa Johns.
I go back home to Florida tomorrow otherwise I would have pursued a refund.
Also all of the black olives were in the very center and only a quarter of the pizza had sausage. The photo is when I was taking a photo to show a friend that they had spicy garlic butter.

Ordered the two 6.99 pizza special. One had Canadian bacon, blk olives & green peppers. The other had chicken, mushrooms & Roma tomatoes. BOTH pizzas tasted the same. How is that possible?
Maybe because the one with chicken had very little of it. A good slice had one piece of chicken on it. Others had NONE.
Usually we like Papa John’s but this last NO Flavor experience will have us ordering a pizza from a different pizzeria.

I’m a Doordash driver and this Papa Johns is very popular. Tonight, there was only one person working. Why? Not cool. But she was doing an amazing job keeping the store running by herself. Named Ashley. Throughout the day, she got all my orders made on time even though she was alone. Fast and professional. What a queen! Pay her more.

Don’t order from this team. Mr. Jim wouldn’t remake our pizza that was delivered cold. This has taken place on numerous occasions, and I wouldn’t suggest ordering from this team. Another manager hung the phone up while discussing our concern; so we had to call back multiple times to speak with someone who was professional. This should never happen in business. Please, I encourage you to spend your hard earned money with someone who values your business.

Don’t bother ordering delivery from here. After your order you get door dash and when they don’t show up with your order papajohn says it’s not their fault.

I ordered via DoorDash and got the literal opposite order. I called the store and they admitted to messing it up but wouldn’t send me a new pizza. The manager wouldn’t get on the phone even after admitting to making the opposite order. If they would have simply remade the pizza and got my address to send it I would have been happy but knowing you made the mistake and still not willing to just send me a new pizza is ridiculous. This pizza isn’t even a pizza.
They insisted “DoorDash is lying” so I made a third call back to DoorDash and they again said the store would have to make the redelivery.
I just don’t understand how no one cares – it’s not like an ingredient is missing. This is just sauce and what looks like rotting toppings.

I placed a online order. It was sent to Doordarshan. The driver sat at a apartment complex for 15 mins. When he arrived he tried to give me a pizza with someone else’s name on the box. I ordered a large pizza and that was a small. He did not speak English, so he didn’t understand what I was saying.

Everyone in my community development orders from here. I’m no fan of Papa John’s but this location has changed my mind. They really stand by the better pizza, better ingredients. The delivery was ahead of time and I really enjoyed the fresh vegetables on my the works pie it was well enjoyed. The spicy garlic sauce was slammin also.
Definitely would order again when I don’t feel like cooking.

I stopped at this location to place an order for a homeless gentleman. The young man behind the counter was professional and pleasant. This is a stark contrast to my experience to where I ordered my dinner. Although the wait was a little longer than stated I could see that they were busy and fulfilled all requests timely. Overall it was a brief, great experience.
