Haven’t ordered from here in months due to always having something wrong with my order. I decided to give it one more try today and test my luck but was unsurprisingly disappointed again. I ordered spicy buffalo wings and received completely naked wings. Who in their right mind orders wings with no sauce anyways. and also how hard is it to cut pizza into even slices?

Can I give zero stars for service? I am not one to leave a review, literally ever. But the experience was that bad. Pizza didn’t show up. Called multiple times – store said it was closed. Called Central customer service, they said that the store is open and to stay on the line after the voicemail. Eventually, a guy picked up and yelled at me, said he was going to refund me. Somehow, the guy gave DoorDash my phone number who called me and asked why I canceled, I didn’t even order through DoorDash. Such a mess over there.

We are doing a lot of changes and to the ones who said they wouldn’t come back please come back during the morning to afternoon it is a great vibes and experience in the morning/afternoon! For everyone with the bad experience I am sorry ! Just know we are trying to get back on track !! Also the guy that was rude and hung up on people and was not wanting to help and say he’s not doing all that work. He was let go !!! Horrendous. I ordered the deal for 6.99 each, got a medium pizza and 10 inch cheese sticks. The pizza is severely UNDERCOOKED the top layer isn’t even half way cooked. They added ham which I did not request and the cheese sticks looks sloppy and unappetizing.

I ordered a pan pizza, and it was supposed to be ready around 7:45pm. I show up at 8:05pm, and it’s still not ready. After waiting inside about 15 minutes, the female employee comes up to me to tell me they don’t have any dough for the pan pizza. She offered to make it as a regular pizza. Keep in mind, that the pan pizza costs twice as much as the hand tossed. I specifically came there for pan. They could have called me when I placed the order to tell me they were out. I could have done something else. Instead, I wasted a whole hour with nothing in return. She didn’t offer any coupons, other pizzas, papadia, or anything. Absolute terrible customer service. Now I lost my Papa dough points because of this order. This store needs to just close down. Wish I could give zero stars, but 1 is the lowest

Standing for almost 10 minutes to pick up a uber eats order. While doing so one girl is on her cell phone flipping dough. Then she starts touching her phone as if she was either scrolling or dialing a number a the phone back to her ear. Customer behind me said did you see that as she was back flipping the dough and on the phone. No gloves so imagine the germs from her phone to the dough completely dusting . I said do I see what she doing yes. She said oh no and left. I cancelled the order because I refuse to deliver that food am they get sick. It was a girl with blonde top however they’re are two girls with that hair color. She had black sweatpants with red down both sides of her legs. I told them I would be backwnawhile I cancelled the order.

I ordered a meat pizza, some garlic knots with marinara sauce, a hot garlic dipping and another BBQ, and some seasoning. The extras didn’t arrive, the marinara for the garlic knots didn’t arrive either, the pizza needed more time in the oven, they put the dough, tomato sauce, the ingredients, and then covered everything with cheese on top. I ordered food here on 8/21 that was supposed to be ready for pickup at 6pm. It’s not 635pm and my food isn’t ready, the to males working here are very rude. They haven’t acknowledged any of the customers. They’re standing around talking, they have no sense of urgency. I watched one pick up boxes off the floor then use them for a customers pizza. There are 10 customers here and none of us have been greeted.

Ordered for delivery online. After placing my order it finally showed the wait time (an hour or more). I called the store and asked if I could change my delivery to pick up because I did not want to wait that long and my family had been looking forward to pizza all week. The woman on the phone was nice but said it was already sent through DoorDash and unfortunately I’d have to wait. A woman pulled up to my house and handed me my pizza. I noticed my sticker was off of my pizza box and my food looked like it was thrown all around. My family can’t eat this and we are so upset tonight. Thankfully I’m getting a refund. Won’t order from here ever again. 🙁

I don’t order pizza often but 8 of the 10 times I’ve ordered from here, I’ve been disappointed, from orders that wernt remotely correct, pizzas that weren’t baked to completion, they couldn’t even cut the pizza properly the pizza cost way too much to be this bad. Save your time/money and buy a frozen pizza.
