Last Friday , our office had a office lunch and we of course had pizza , we opted into getting about 7 (1-topping) pizzas delivered, However we placed the order that morning for the pizza to be delivered by 1:15pm to the office so the pizzas would still be fresh. The delivery driver brought the pizzas a whole hour and a half early. We indeed tipped the driver more than 25%. When the pizzas arrived the boxes were not tapped shut to keep them closed and we called the restaurant and asked if the order could be remade since the order was set to be delivered at 1:15pm. The manager (Steven) that day said that we could bring the pizzas back and then he would rewarm them , which did not make any sense being that the pizzas would then still be cold on the trip back to the office. He was kind and agreed to accommodate us by remaking our order and having it delivered. The second delivery was Door Dash and the order was sealed and hot just in time for our event. we appreciate the courtesy , We do suggest that the option to choose delivery time should be removed from online ordering if the establishment goes by time the order was received.

Place an order through the Papa John’s website where you have to pay upfront. Waited over an hour before calling to check on my pizza order. The gentleman that answered the phone stated he canceled my order because he thought it was a prank. Stating that they did not have any drivers and no doordash delivery person came to pick up the order.

I ordered from this location several weeks ago. My delivery time after payment went from what was told to a few minutes later (DURING TRACKING) To OVER AN HOUR LATER!!!! I called and spoke to “Manager on duty” and by her EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL Attitude led me to believe not an actual Manager. Called the 1800 number filed a complaint. Then I was told someone from this location would be in contact with me within 48hrs. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING SO FAR. Today10/29/25 I got a post card in the mail for a “free” “any way I want it pizza”. No you dont get off that easy. I want to talk to someone about this situation. That “Manager on duty” needs to be promoted to customer. Plus this location quality has gone down hill and fast over the past year or so.
Update 11/5/25- decided to try again!!! What a waste. Still haven’t heard from ANY LEVEL OF MANAGEMENT. Supposedly a refund was issued that I never got. Then tonight after trying again ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ANY BETTER!! Completely failed again. Don’t waste your time or money at this location!!!

Our local. always get an extra large but ask to make it thinner. most times no issue. today no. I got a thick one even though I wanted it thin so I tossed it.

Out of town on vacation, ordered from this location. Ordered extra sauce on my pizza and it was not made with extra sauce. Pizza had quite a few dough bubbles that formed while it was in the oven. This means the dough was either under-proofed or over proofed. They’re not the only location to forget extra pizza sauce. Overall a poor product showing for Papa John’s. Staff was decent but nothing to write home about.

This was the first time I had ever ordered from this location. I find it absolutely ridiculous that I tipped 7.00$ for my pizza to be soup. In what world is extra sauce 4 times the amount you’d initially start with? You can visually see this is not okay. My diet mtn dew no joke had zero bubbles. My garlic sauce? Pre-opened just for me ♀ ?! Tell me why anyone would send this out and think “that’s acceptable”. I quite literally tried to eat my soup pizza with a fork to no avail I was unable to get a bite since they didn’t actually cut it. So I’m just curious what we actually did right here. I do not recommend this location to anyone that actually likes pizza. Or really anyone in general. 0/10 will not buy again.

Ordered a thin crust with green peppers, mushrooms, sausage and chicken. Looks like it was not totally “handled with care”, but it tasted pretty good. Pizza was free due to an issue with a prior order at another location. Highlight was seeing the guy from a commercial in the parking lot – “. . . don’t get better with time, they get better with us.” His company handles concrete and foundation issues.

The pizza was cooked quick, however it was the worst papa John’s I’ve had. I usually love papa John’s. This one was not even close to average. Super thin crust, absolutely zero sauce, dry and flat. It resemble bowling alley pizza than papa John’s. Wast of $30.
