The pizza was cooked quick, however it was the worst papa John’s I’ve had. I usually love papa John’s. This one was not even close to average. Super thin crust, absolutely zero sauce, dry and flat. It resemble bowling alley pizza than papa John’s. Wast of $30.

Ordered from here and we didn’t even get our pizza. It was ordered online, which didn’t ask us for an address and said “we got it based off your location!”. Well, the address was sent somewhere I’ve never ordered pizza from and they tell me, “We can’t deliver to you because your outside of our zone.” Well that’s just great. At least they refunded our order and said to order again?

Ordered a thin crust with green peppers, mushrooms, sausage and chicken. Looks like it was not totally “handled with care”, but it tasted pretty good. Pizza was free due to an issue with a prior order at another location. Highlight was seeing the guy from a commercial in the parking lot – “. . . don’t get better with time, they get better with us.” His company handles concrete and foundation issues.

This was the first time I had ever ordered from this location. I find it absolutely ridiculous that I tipped 7.00$ for my pizza to be soup. In what world is extra sauce 4 times the amount you’d initially start with? You can visually see this is not okay. My diet mtn dew no joke had zero bubbles. My garlic sauce? Pre-opened just for me ♀ ?! Tell me why anyone would send this out and think “that’s acceptable”. I quite literally tried to eat my soup pizza with a fork to no avail I was unable to get a bite since they didn’t actually cut it. So I’m just curious what we actually did right here. I do not recommend this location to anyone that actually likes pizza. Or really anyone in general. 0/10 will not buy again.

It has been sometime since I ordered from Papa John’s. I called and ordered, they said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I got there in 25 minutes. The gentleman behind the counter tells me they have not started and it will be a additional 25 minutes. I told them I would wait. It was done in 25 minutes, this young man came out and called a name that I didn’t recognize. So I waited another 10 minutes and checked the app. It said it was done, so I called the guy over showed him the app. Come to find out the guy couldn’t speak English. On top of that the pizza was lousy .

This place Is very disorganized. I’ve ordered twice and they’ve had delivery problems. One driver took an hr and couldn’t use GPS to get to downtown. Second order they got confused it was a delivery not carryout and never sent. When I called the lady I spoke too got an attitude and when I spoke to whoever was the manager you can hear her talking as loudly as possible in the background. There are plenty of pizza places that you can go to instead.

Food was hot. One peperocinni. I will not understand that ever. One garlic cup. OK. But you should’ve offered a second. My daughter loves the food. I was a gm of a competitor… crust edge was too large. Sauce was over done and unevenly spread. As was the cheese. For extra cheese to still have exposed sauce below… something was off. But.. my daughter loved it… so maybe I’m too picky? Or I just expect something closer to number 10 pie rather than a 5-6

I order from this Papa John’s twice a month. Their pizza is, fresh and good. They are very professional! The delivery person is already polite never rude. We are still in a pandemic, so make sure to tip the drive nothing less than $5.00. Y’all if we don’t look out for our own who will?
