I ordered a pizza with sausage and extra cheese and some cheese sticks. I got burnt pizza with no extra cheese and burnt cheese sticks. I called and complained so they sent me a second order of BURNT pizza with no extra cheese and burnt cheese sticks. None of it was edible so we threw it all out and had a can of soup .

Gluten-Free Fans, find an alternative to the ancient grains PJ uses. Being 1/2off this week, had to veer off the Digornio path .
Of the 3 gf ordered, 1 was black crispy burnt. Manager told me it was bc of the crust content. Yet, I showed her the other 2 were ok (brown crust). Then, she was willing to re-make the 1 burnt one. In order of yumminess to least, Cheesesteak , Hawaiian , spicy chicken (dry) . I ordered last night for 1st avail p.up (11:30a). Pizzas were done, so timeliness not an issue. There was a couple outside waiting, but could’ve just ordered fresh. The 2nd we walked in, I tried to uplift the cashier, a flat response. Ambience seemed somber, 3 people working, but no one was smiling.

I placed a delivery order 3 times.. They can never find the address although the location is only 5 minutes away from the store. I called the GM and she even responded as if I was bothering her. I told them that they are delivering to a hotel and they still got it wrong. They put me on hold for 30 min or more and never even give an apology! This is the absolute worst papa John’s I have ever experienced.

Placed a carry out order and 20 min later the app said it was ready. Went into pick it up and they said it wasn’t ready. Waited 10 min longer inside Papa John’s. When I got home and opened the box the pizza was burnt and hard and the cheesesteak papadilla was so soggy, wet and greasy I couldn’t even eat it.

We placed an order to be picked up at 5pm on Friday night. Mind you the order was placed on Tuesday. The money was taken on Wednesday. When we got there to pick up the pizza we were told it was not ready and it would an extra hour wait. It did not matter when the order was placed but what time we selected. So all the orders placed that day before ours took priority. This is the 2nd year in a row this location FAILED to deliver. Never again.

The female employer that is here almost everyday by herself is got to be the rudest employee I’ve ever seen. I understand she’s working alone and probably stressed but it’s not my fault and for her to speak to me the way she did is uncalled for. Papa John’s do better. I called corporate and got no help there either.

Update, a year later and I had forgotten about this review! Silly me. Ordered 2 Philly Cheese Steak Papadillas and the new stuffed crust garlic pizza with pepperoni. 1st, the food was piping hot and delivered fast, so good job on that…I will give credit where it is due! The bad, my “Philly papadilla” could have passed for vegetarian. Called, employee relayed message to manager who said they have portion control and to order double meat next time. Your manager sucks and does not understand customer service! Earlier review: Absolutely the most horrific Papa Johns on the face of the planet! When are you open? Nobody knows! Do you deliver? Nobody knows! Is your store still open??? Nobody knows!! Shaq should have your hind ends!! I’d rate it zero stars if I could!!!

Heads up that this location is using door dash for deilveries. So when I tipped $5, I thought it was going to a Papa John’s employee making their wage plus tips. Instead my order sat around ready waiting for a door dash driver who doesn’t want to pick it up because to them it’s only $5?! How does papa John’s not see the issue here

Drove about 45 minutes round trip specifically to have Papa Johns for dinner after bad experiences at two other local pizza joints. Our expectations were definitely met tonight! We got a ton of food for a great price using an app deal, and fed our family on a budget. Everything was at a perfect temp and great flavor. The restaurant experience at pick up was excellent as well, the employees were quick and helpful with a clean space. Thank you , Papa Johns, for a great dinner. We will be back!

I ordered thru Grubhub. It’s friday and I expected it to be a while. Right at the hour mark I received my food(NOT GRUBHUBS FAULT) and the pizza was cut wonky and had a massive bubble in the crust. As a previous Papa John’s employee I know the standard this company is kept to within the restaurant and this is absolutely not it at all. Please do better.
