Ordered online pizza, papadia, and jalapeno bites. Ready Fast, picked up, in and out in less than a min. Got home, box still warm opened and pizza was over cooked. Hard, chewy and very bland and NOT good. The other 2 items were ok, not something I would buy again.

Been years since I have had Papa’s, I had been wanting a good Papas Pizza for awhile. Easy to order online. I picked up at the store. Food was ready, in and out in less than a min. Got home opened the box, and saw that it seemed over cooked. Yup one bite and it was like warm cardboard. Flavor was very bland. Husband took one bite and was done, and he is not very picky.

Ordered a pizza last night around 8:30. Showed it was delayed finally out for delivery around 10:20 watched the car never came by my house the screen went white. Called customer service said it was delivered. I never got it. Today they said will send me the pizza I ordered last night with brownies. I go outside at 1:10 pm. Two completely soaked boxes siting by the bushes. Plus not the pizza I ordered. After I called this time they said they will deliver what I ordered in about 30 minutes. We will see.

I giving Papa John’s 5 star because in some places you go people are so rude, as if they don’t like their job. Listen we have our own issues going on the last thing we expect is to go and grab something to eat on the way home after a long day just to encounter someone that is rude to you and disrespectful that is handling your food.

Italian Papadia was not edible. Burnt inside and out. No parmesan on crust (or it was burnt off) no alfredo sauce on inside, dry as a bone. Italian sausage and salami was burnt on the inside! Sausage was so hard it was like cardboard. 2 bites and we could not take any more. Such a shame I had my taste buds ready for a papadia. Total waste of money too. Called manager and asked him to retrain the cook who made it. Unfortunately I had ordered online and already paid and included the tip before I picked it up. It is just unacceptable to serve food like that to a customer.

I’m posting this before even receiving my pizza. It’s dinner time on a Friday night and orders are backed up about 20 minutes. I am very impressed with the staff and how diligent they are working under a stressful environment as I wait for my pizza. I feel like this is hard to come by anymore. I specifically want to shout out the girl taking orders and stating wait times at the register.(wait times happen to be a little longer than originally stated when ordering) she is keeping composure and very pleasant to interact with. Kudos to all! Working like a well oiled machine.

I am yet to get a better experience anywhere else in the triangle area. I get pizza more than most folks bc it’s one of my favorite meals to eat so when I say that this papa John’s has a better pizza than most anywhere else then u can believe it to be accurate. One they always have the pizza hot out the oven and it looks and taste absolutely delicious. I get it made like I want and it is always ready when I want. 5 star service all the way around from my perspective

Ordered original crust and what I received was more like a thin crust. The crust was overcooked to the point I fed it to the dogs. The bottom of the pizza had burn marks. Will post photos if I can.
