This was our 2nd or third order and I had 0 complaints until today. I live 5 minutes from this location. I did not have a vehicle so I placed a delivery order to be delivered at 6:30pm. It arrived at 6:36pm. No problem. I’m ok with that. However, all 3 items(pan pizza, cheese sticks, and wings)were barely warm and the “pan pizza” toppings, pepperoni and cheese, had slide to the back half of the pizza making the box a greasy mess. So, I called to see what may have happened. The person that answered the phone while not rude at first was telling someone else in the store what I was describing in an annoyed tone. There was some laughing and mumbling but I was offered a refund on the pizza only. I was also told topping slide off of a pan pizza and I should not see any crust even though I said I see half crust and the other is covered with cheese, sauce and pepperoni. I then explained everything I got was barely warm. Keeping in mind I’m 5 minutes away…More talking to someone in the store then I got a “Fine, we’ll refund your whole order.” I said ok and asked if I would get an email or something. He said he didn’t know ow how that worked and I heard someone tell him 5-7 business days. Then he simply said bye. Needless to say we will not be ordering from Papa John’s again.

A tiny little restaurant in a subdivision. Amazing quality pizza and service. I use the 50% off deal. Pizza at Papa John’s is always good, and this one was amazing! I got Philly cheese steak, supreme, and barbecue chicken pizza. All three were larges, and they were the best pizzas from Papa John’s I’ve ever had. Pizza was done just right and was ready quickly. I really like what they did with the sauces as seen in the photo. All the sauces are very savory and nicely proportioned. Right on! Definitely recommend taking this Papa John’s as your main choice if you’re going out to get pizza!

First time I ordered from this location. I went and picked up my pizza and soon as I walked in I was pleasantly greeted by the staff. While my order was being rung up the GM struck up a small conversation with me just thanking me for my patronage and just asking how my day was. Just making me as a customer feeling welcomed. Definitely will make this our family’s Friday night staple in the future. Pizza was hot and fresh. Nice addition to the area.

Great service! I showed up a little early for my carry out, and while I was waiting, the atmosphere was so uplifting. The staff was polite and friendly, and I heard the manager repeatedly encouraging and cheering on her team. Sweet to observe.

Was a little hesitant to order a pizza late at night near cutoff at closing, but it turned out amazing and tasted great. Definitely better than all the other pizza chains in Rolesville I’ve tried. The young girl working when I picked up was also super nice and friendly. Location is a little awkward to find though but hopefully that doesn’t hinder them.

I went to this store 3 weeks ago, placed the order online and gave plenty of time for the food to be made. I arrived and could immediately tell something was wrong…the manager said we have no gas so sorry. If we had saw your online order we would have called. Fine. Things happen.
I order online tonight and again, give plenty of time. I walk in and immediately can tell something again…wrong. The same manager is yelling and carrying on them eventually dropping a GD cause she was so frustrated at her employees that clearly didn’t care for the yelling. Lobby full of customers and all she can do is yell. Food wasn’t ready so I asked for my money back and maybe I’ll come back in a year or two. Waste of time.

Never had Papa John’s until one opened up near me- in Rolesville. Every pizza has been great and service inside the store is excellent. Don’t see that at many places anymore.
