Food is great and I always get a large works pizza so I’ve always been satisfied but I recently went in and they didn’t have large pizzas so I asked about how much two mediums would be and they told me $36. That just seemed way out there so we left and ordered the Monday special $11.99 large at the other pizza place down in the shopping center behind the Speedway gas station. Very disappointed that their prices are so high now.

Placed the order online, haven’t had anything from Papa John’s in years, I get there the order was ready or so I thought, 20 minutes later it is still not ready and they’re telling me it’s going to be 10 more minutes. A woman and young girl we’re waiting and they asked for their money back they had to go. Another gentleman had been waiting, and another person etc. This made me late for work. I left with no pizzas and supposedly received my money back to account. I’ll have to check and see. I will never I mean never have anything to do. With Papa John’s in Louisburg North Carolina again

Completely messed up an online order yesterday, and realized it once I received the confirmation email. I called the store to gain clarity, and to correct it. They were understanding, and agreed to remake my order. My only regret is that I couldn’t figure out how to increase the tip. Thanks yall!

Open the box and it’s sitting on the black grating baking thing inside Of the box.
Aside from cold pizza the chicken wings were not good.
The delivery Guy was very sweet but he didn’t have to walk the
Mile up our driveway to the house! He parked in the dark
On the street and walked alll the way up our driveway to deliver.
I’ll call pizza hut next time

Had their new cupped pepperoni pizza a couple of weeks ago. It was great. Ordered it again today, and it was probably the worst pizza I have ever eaten.1 Not sure what happened, but their quality control is horrible. Have a nice day!
