So as per all the other comments I am now finding out about, my pizza dough was raw. Quite frankly I should be sueing since this is an ongoing issue, you can’t sit there and continuously serve your customers raw food. Raw pizza dough can give people E. Coli. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Ordered 2 -16 piece wings online , wings were ok asked to speak with the manager reason the DoorDash idiot placed my food on the ground the phone operator told me I had to wait 30 minutes to speak with him/ her. With that being said I will never ordered from this company again usually ordered around $100-$120 a month. Also they rob you by adding a tip without your consent with that idiot DoorDash driver which they will not refund. Papa John sucks

Ordered the Cheeseburger pizza. When I got it, it was STONE COLD and not done all the way which it was supposed to be WELL DONE!!!! Payed for two ranch dressings (which was on the box to be delivered) and didn’t get it. Instructions online and on the pizza box said to RING MY DOOR BELL BECAUSE I CAN’T HEAR WHEN YOU KNOCK was totally ignored. So when the delivery driver got here, her knocks went unheard until she banged on the door like the police were serving a warrant.

Today I went in to get some pizza.Our church is next to this store & we have been decorating for VBS and has some little kids that were getting hungry. Staff cut our slices small, provided plates and napkins and then provided a sweet Papa John coloring book too. This staff is very caring and sweet. Pizza was good too!! We will be back to order again.

I use to luv papa john wings. They have completely fell off for some time now. The last few times the wings been terrible. I stopped going and havent been in over a yr . I had a group of friends over they suggested hey lets get some wings from papa i said ok maybe the last few days was bad days but lets try it again. Definitely disappointed. We order 32 wings and received majority all flats and super small wings. I understand it may be hard to find decent size wings now a days but they definitely should reduce their prices bc they are charging over a dollar per wing and the wings are super small and not flavorful at all. Over $40

I walk in and 2 employees ignore me for 5 mins. It doesn’t take a min to hand me the pizza. Disrespectful and rude to not acknowledge your customer. Oh but when I grab the pizza for myself cause those 2 lazy workers didn’t hand me the pizza that’s when he decide to “see” or say something. This papa John has the quality and customer service go way down. It used to be good. All the bad experiences have been from the last 2 years or so. I will likely not be ordering from here again. They need to get their stuff together.

Order from here often, pizza is always good and exactly how I want it. Some evenings can be a little busy and may have a bit of a wait BUT, I’m sure that’s most pizza places with the high demand. Staff is always nice I feel, AND…if you’re a door dasher, they are always busy on Friday / Saturday nights .
