Food was a bit overcooked, older woman upfront was too focused on job and forgot to use manners, thanked her for food and she immediately went back to doing other task. Parking is hectic when there are more than 2 or 3 customers as the parking lot is very congested

Used to be Papa all the way, but the last 4 times it’s been a disappointment. Delivery time is consistently long(stopped tipping our usual 25% because of this). So we decided to pick up instead the last few times. The wait is consistently 15-20 mins longer. It takes them an hour plus to make an order. To the employee who decided to ignore me when I asked if my order was ready and you tell me “my bad”. Tell your lackluster manager “my bad” when you get canned. You just made my family Domino’s and Marcos customers. Yep, your bad. No regrets leaving them. Can’t even cut a pizza. Goofy.

Never in my life have I seen such horrible customer service. I walked in to pick up
my pizza and was standing at the register for 10 minutes without the two people standing at the registers acknowledging me. Finally when they did they realize my pizza had not been made and instead of telling me and giving me the option to wait on the pizza or getting a refund they just made it and I had to wait 20 extra minutes with my 11 month old baby without a word being said to me. Every other (white) customer got acknowledged as soon as they walked in which causes me to believe this has everything to do with the fact that I am a black woman. Just disgusting.

FIRST TIME / LAST TIME
Ordered two large pizzas for carryout, the bill came to a little over $50. For the price they charge you for each large pizza, one would think you would at least have toppings on all eight slices. One of the large pizzas was vegetarian and had roughly 5 thinly sliced pieces of green pepper on the entire pizza. On the other large pizza there were roughly 8 little pieces of sausage on the entire pizza. Both pizza crust were soggy and very thin. Neither of the two large pizzas had extra cheese as ordered (and paid for). You would think for the price that they charge you. You would at least get a reasonable amount of toppings and not a soggy drippy pizza dough for a crust. The only two positive comments I could make are the fact that the kids running the counter were very polite and courteous, and the pizzas were done at the time they said they would be. This was our first and will be the last pizza we orderfrom Papa Johns.

I called to let them know my food was burnt the girl was being very rude asking me to send her a picture she said the general manager was next to her while she was on the phone talking to me. the team member was being so rude I asked her what was her name she hung up on me as I asked to speak to her manager. Then she went into the company’s phone log. Got my cell phone number and text me being rude. I called back to let the manager know. She said she will look into it. I have been a customer for way too long to be treated like I was tonight. I’ve never had a problem with Papa John’s until tonight

When Papa John’s first came out with the papadias, they were amazing. Now, they are mostly bread with burnt edges. It is supposed to be alfredo sauce, pepperoni, three cheese and black olive. I had to save to splurge here. Now, I wish I’d chosen a different restaurant.

I have ordered from this location three times I always ask for the six cheese pizza all three times I have received a plain cheese pizza. I have called back. They have corrected the mistake. I called and talked to Lindsey the manager and she told me that the customer is never right and that I’m just making this up, there is a difference between cheese pizza and the six cheese pizza. You can taste it in the pizza and whenever they corrected it before and sent me out the correct pizza you can taste the difference between the 2. But The manager said she made it and it’s not wrong and the customer is not right didn’t offer me a credit nothing so I will not be ordering from Sanford Papa Johns anymore. They mess up your order every single time and way overpriced to be messing up.
