I got 2 papa bowles . Asked for easy sauce and got a dribble of sauce . Asked for extra cheese let’s just say that was funny had a thin layer on both of them . I got a total of 6 peparonies on my . I was very disappointed in my good from there . I know y’all can do better.

Normally they are great. On this visit I walk in with no greetings. I did notice the phone ringing. Was not sure if he saw me but after a few minutes go by I called out hello. The gentleman pop out kinda rudely said I was on the phone. Told him that I didn’t know of he saw me. I understand that orders from the phone are important but just taking time out hey I be right with you goes a long way. The gentleman never give a time on the order just went back to making pizzas. When I returned it was gentleman talking to each other still no greeting. But overall the food was good.

I intentionally did not review this restaurant after my first visit earlier this month, thinking that what I experienced was an anomaly of some sort, but after today, I’m convinced Papa John’s doesn’t want my business. The customer service was abhorrent, to say the least. I was made to feel undervalued and unappreciated as a customer. I was not greeted, I was not thanked… I was barely acknowledged. In short, It was the most unwelcoming restaurant experience I can recall, on both occasions. Then I noticed that the pizza was greasy and not very good. Of course, this may be due to the fact that the front-end guy put such a bad taste in my mouth. There are too many pizza places in Reidsville that do appreciate my business… with better pizza to boot. Customer service is important to me. Papa John’s failed miserably.

If I could give my experience zero stars I would. I ordered a pizza and got the notification at 4:47 pm that it was on the way…. 32 minutes later the delivery driver pulls up with a cold pizza. I am completely disgusted with this place. I will NEVER order from them again. I expect a complete refund. I sent the pizza back.

A year ago I left a 5 star review in every service area. Tonight, I’m leaving 1 star because I had to, to post. I ordered over 2 hours ago, and I paid for it. I call to find out what is going on, I’m told to call customer service. Customer service didn’t call me before they took my money. I’ve been a loyal customer to this location for years…. not again, and everyone in my neighborhood will hear about my experience, as well.
