Placed a large family order for delivery. The garlic stuffed crust pizza was amazing, but the boneless wings, not so much. Most were pretty small and sad looking but the worst was that I ordered BBQ and they looked NOTHING like the website. See photos of website vs. what we actually got. Totally unacceptable.

Watched the manager treat a customer horridly tonight. Refusing a refund on something they did wrong and try to tell the customer it was his fault.
I will only get be purchasing from here just due to how the manager treated the customer when it was obviously it was the restaurants fault.

DO NOT ORDER THE WORKS. The Manager assured me that if you do it will be doughy. Completely worthless if you want to eat it. plenty of vegetables and cheese and other things to hide it though. Ordered it from my phone and picked it up on the way home. Called after I tried to eat it. Even though every other time in the past it has been fine, suddenly it is not gonna be able to be fully cooked. Oh well, guess I will have to try another pizza place. If Papa johns has forgotten how long to cook a pizza, it makes me wonder what else has lost quality.

It’s a papa John’s – what do you expect. This usually is a 3 star pizza for the price but holy moly they are charging gourmet prices now. Also the guy was very rude and didn’t believe me when said the garlic sauce was missing.

First off I was thrilled to finally be able to get pizza delivered to the Moncure area. We have been consistently giving you our business for two years. A few weeks back I found out you no longer were making the pan pizza crust which was the first disappointment. Then tonight I was making my usual Friday night online order. It said we were not in the delivery area. Well that seems strange since we just had pizza delivered last Friday. A call was made to see what was going on. They said we no longer deliver to your area. Obviously this store is under new management. I’m highly disappointed.

I hope the wait will be worth it and that our pizza will even be warm. We were told 35 minutes and it’s been an hour. I called and someone said that one of the 2 drivers just went home sick. I replied that it would’ve been nice to have known this and she asked if I had received a call about this, and we did not. We do like Papa John pizza, but not this much. We won’t order from this Pittsboro location again.

Awesome pizza but my heart was broken when I spoke with the owners. Awesome couple from India and their having to work 7 days a week just to pay the bills and shut down delivery because they can’t find help. Please be patient and show some support.

UPDATE: Gave them another try. Huge mistake. The cashier handled money then proceeded to make pizzas without washing her hands!!! Turned around and walked right out the door. Nasty.

We live in an area where we could select from multiple Papa John’s locations. This is by far the best. Order is always right, always cooked well, and toppings look right. Cheese sticks don’t look dry and lack cheese, stuffed crust is cooked well, etc.

2nd time this month we have tried to order pizza for delivery, second time our order was cancelled. The first time, at least we received a phone call, this time no call, I just happened to check my email. When I called, I was told that the GM cancelled the order (why no call) because they don’t have any drivers. At least they offered me the opportunity to come pick it up….no thank you. We are done!
