My order was delivered with in 45 minutes here at Ubran Ministers, the driver rang the Camera Doors, Staff open the door and I was handed my order. When I placed the order I told the Papa John order taker and the person she transferred the call to to take my payment I was in a shelter. Between the two parties im sure they convayed it to thier Driver. He was understanding we can not leave after after typcal shelter hours 7pm – 8:30;pm. So as you can see in my receipt I posted. Awesome customer service. I made a major online order snafu and my order didn’t actually get submitted. I called in a minor panic as a kids party was starting looking for my 5 large pizzas for a group of hungry kids. Jason was an absolute pro. He stayed calm and helped me get the order in the fastest way possible, also making sure I got the best deal possible. I was impressed by the great service.

My company orders from here daily so when COVID-19 hit of course everyone was requiring to wear mask. Well its raining today of all days and the lady is calling repeatedly until I came outside to her car to get my food. Stated that the receptionist was rude to her and her drivers, they had to wear a mask which we provide and that they cursed at the previous drivers. First off the receptionist doesn’t curse! Second she hadn’t even stepped in the building so all that was unnecessary. She further goes on to say they don’t like delivering to my place of employment. Let me put this memo out to STOP ordering from Papa Johns!!! I wonder what your corporate would think? Customer service has definitely gone down! I asked you buffalo wings got plain wings and a splash of buffalo sauce..Smh..Very disappointed

Tonight was my first time trying Papa John’s, and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. I received a coupon in the mail for a free pizza, but I wasn’t sure if it was still valid. The manager at the Hillsborough location was extremely gracious in accepting the coupon…and even offered to deliver my order (though it was supposed to be pick-up only).
My pizza arrived hot, fresh, and in no time at all. The driver was courteous and pleasant, and the pizza tasted great. Was it the best pizza in the world? Not at all. But it was pretty decent for a chain pizza joint. Nice job, Papa John’s. I’ll be back for sure!

Just received seven orders of wings all of which have about 2 tbsp of sauce for the entire container most of which is not even on the wings but in the corner of the container. Between delivery and the delivery fee I paid $50 for crap. I expect sauce on my wings unless I order them unsauced. If I wanted plain wings I would have went somewhere else.

Beyond rude!!! I had ordered pizza for my family about a month or so ago. Well they messed up the order completely. After it was delivered I called to let them know, long story short talked to the manger and was supposed to get 50% off my next order. I placed an order today on the app and called to let them know I was supposed to get 50% off this order. The employee I talked to said he seen it and had to get the manager to change the price. The manger said he didn’t see anything in the computer about it and there was nothing they could do. And was just beyond rude about it. So I told them to keep the order I just placed and will NEVER order papa John’s again!!! Until they can be train in customer service properly!!!!

The only good thing I have to say is that they deliver to my house and the drivers are friendly. The crust is too soft and flimsy even on the hand tossed. They need to change their online site to reflect when an order is online price only. I’ve tried 2 different times to order a special offer and was told that it was only for online ordering. I explained that I was looking at the menu online and that it doesn’t state anywhere that it’s for online. I asked again and was told I couldn’t order it even after they talked to someone in the background. I wouldn’t recommend this location.
