I love this Papa John’s. My pizzas are always done quickly. When I pick them up everybody’s really friendly and when I make a mistake, they corrected it with a smile.. today I put a order in for a pizza and I wanted it to be delivered but accidentally put Carry out and when I called they were so nice and switched it over to Delivery for me.

This is typically the Papa John’s location I order from, and I’ve never had an experience this poor before, which is why I’m leaving this review.
I placed an online order and received a notification that my pizza was ready. I ordered no cheese due to a dairy intolerance and possible allergy for my family. I’ve ordered this exact pizza from this location multiple times with no issue because there’s usually enough sauce to compensate for the lack of cheese. This time, the pizza was extremelyyyy dry.
When I mentioned the inconsistency, the employee told me the sauce is “measured with a spoon” and acknowledged that they’re “working on making sure everyone is doing the right thing.” I asked if the pizza could be remade with extra sauce, and I was told it would take about 10 minutes.
I waited over 10 minutes, returned inside, and found that the pizza hadn’t been started because an interview had come in. While I understand things happen, I had already paid and was waiting, and that should have been prioritized.
When the pizza was finally brought out to my car, it was still incorrect….this time in multiple ways. It was made with thin crust instead of regular, and the toppings were wrong. The entire pizza was supposed to have pepperoni, with half also having hamburger. Instead, pepperoni was only on one half and hamburger on the other, which was incorrect twice over.
This experience was frustrating from start to finish. I’m disappointed because this location has usually been reliable, but the lack of attention to detail, long wait, and repeated mistakes made this visit well below average. I requested a refund and left to go to sir pizza where I should’ve ordered from to begin with: Faithful in service, taste, and accuracy.

Spams delicious
Good for a straight pie; made to order and decently prepared. Order anything extra though and you probably won’t get it (this order had 1 extra marinara and 2 extra pepperoncini, $2 goods not received). Awesome bread sticks but so little sauce!!! Wings while decent size are undercooked and not evenly coated (terrible quality for the price). Ranch cups expire next month, so thanks for that. Delivery driver was very courteous and professional.

My family has been going to this location since I was a kid. Small store… but great food and the service is solid.
Cool story: I went to this Papa John’s to get my pizza yesterday, but it wasn’t ready because they said they “dropped it on the floor” getting it out of the oven. Accidents happen so no worries. I waited in the car for a new pizza and it was fantastic, but get this: when I got home, I literally ate one slice of the pizza and then dropped the whole pizza…. it slid out of the box onto the hallway floor so obviously I had to throw it away. I was crying while I cleaned it up…. $16 down the drain. Needless to say I lost my appetite, and just went to bed. Such is life. Lol.
Anyway this place is great. I’ve had some pies where they skimped on the toppings but I’ve had some pretty loaded ones too. I encourage everyone to give them a try. <3

For a place that doesn’t get much business this place is very slow the workers move extremely slow and do a lot of conversation rather than working and getting the orders done they need to do better

Just had the worst pizza I’ve ever had delivered from Papa John’s today. It was way under cooked and doughy. Talk about to much flop!!! Could not pick it up without everything falling off even the cheese.. I’ve worked for pizza places before and understand the process. To much sauce, to much toppings equals undercooked pizza. Not sure what’s going on with y’all’s sauce but it so much sweeter than it used to be.. or it was just too much.. I don’t think Shaq would approve of crappy pizza.

The gentleman named Jay that works here is the most polite and hardest worker they have. Typically I get the take out large special because it’s a good deal. For the most part my pizza has always been consistent at this particular Papa Johns. I recommend this Papa Johns!

Plus the girl who claims she is the manager always has an attitude and never takes any accountability. She never follows through to make it anything right. Smh
