Really disappointed in the quality of the product. This used to be my favorite chain pizza joint, but the Asheboro location has been hit-or-miss the last 3 visits. There’s literally more crust than actual pizza. Some slices only had sauce, no cheese. I think we’ll try somewhere else next time.

Got the gluten free pizza and the Oreo papa bites delivered while at a getaway in Asheboro, and oh my God, they were greattttt! The gluten free pizza wasn’t that good the next day but still edible. However, the Oreo bites are to die for, reminds me of state fair fried Oreos but better proportioned.

The pizzas and the cheese sticks taste great, but I was not too impressed with this dough sitting up there where a customer can reach out and touch it or sneeze all over it. I wouldn’t like that even if covid wasn’t a thing. The employees are a little slow to acknowledge anyone. I’m also not very happy with the $3.99 delivery fee that the store pockets just because you ordered it for delivery. If the driver got that $3.99 it would be different.

Traveling gig worker. Deliveries from this location have been smooth over the last few months. Friendly staff. Excellent accuracy. Peak hours tend to lag orders beyond estimated times, but almost all Papa John’s stores have this issue. This store stays on point and I won’t reflect this negatively on the review.

Ordered pizza and drove from Liberty to pick it up. My son went to pick up the order and all he was told was the power went out 6 minutes ago but we ordered over 30 minutes prior. The timing doesn’t seem right. So I called and spoke with the manager Jamie and all she kept repeating was that the system wasn’t coming back up and they couldn’t do anything right now. Does this location not have a back up way for payments nor paper to write orders down to be entered when the system came back on? I thanked her and immediately placed an order for the Randleman location. Three stars as it was no one’s fault the power went out but the time frame was not matching, no alternatives were offered and the customer is sent away empty handed.

The service here is always good, they do get slow during busy times. The food is ok but really mediocre to be honest. What can you really expect from a franchise pizza place? It’s acceptable.
