Don’t even bother asking for extra toppings! I asked for extra pineapple and they barely put any on there! Very disappointing especially being pregnant and craving some extra pineapple.

The only reason I left 1 star, is because I had to, in order to leave this review. Ordered a Shaq A Roni mid-day on Saturday (11/1/25), and it was the worst looking, worst made, and worst pizza, period, that I’ve ever received from anywhere, ever. I live 5 minutes away, and when I got home, the pizza not only was ice cold, but was dried up, burnt, and looked as though it had been sitting around for awhile, and then rewarmed, prior to me receiving it. Not saying it was, but that’s just how horrible it looked. I’m even more mad at myself because I left them an online $5 tip, even though I, myself, was going to pick it up. I’m done with this location, and with PaPa John’s, period. The owner really needs to do something about this location, and with the individuals that work there. 100% pathetic.

Papa Johns has always been my favorite pizza place but both Winston locations have been awful. The pizza crust looks like the kind you can get premade at the grocery store…Flat and flavorless. Use to be fluffy and fresh tasting. I don’t know if this is a local issue or a company wide one but I won’t be ordering from either Winston location again. Not worth the time and money.

It took a bit longer than expected to get carry out tonight but they were making pizzas as fast as they could with the staff that they had….We tried the stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and it was pretty good. There’s an insane amount of cheese in the crust lol it’s nice and runny especially when the pizza is still hot. I normally like to use the garlic butter on my crust but with the cheese it was a bit much in my opinion. It was still a nice change and we’d definitely try it again.

Another in a long list of terrible reviews for this location. Pizza itself was borderline passable. These are photos of the sauce cups I received. Thrilled they took the time to make sure the most expensive of them was the least filled. I would be absolutely embarrassed if I had done that. Whatever it takes to get back on TikTok as fast as possible eh guys?

A nice fellow named Michael delivered our pizza tonight. We paid in full and tipped generously. We also tipped in fresh eggs from our hen-house, and silly enough, if their job reprimands them for taking our offer, I will see to it myself that the same delivery person is not punished for accepting an economical bonus.

I ordered three Pizza they are was not cooked and I find hair in them I called the general manager two time he promised me for a refund then I waited I did not get no refund then I called him for the third time he said he cannot refund me he is going to give me a credit on my account so I told him I’m not going to get pizza from that location anymore because it’s nasty place he told me he does not care this type of service we’re getting these days God bless

When the order arrived my papa bowl was missing. I went to the driver and told him that it was missing. He went back to the store to get it and brought this back. Look like I’m getting Papa Johns left overs. Won’t be getting anything else from here. Smfh!
