I received cold pizza and hard desserts. My cookie was rock hard, and my brownie was hard around the edges. Where is the quality control? Investing in pizza warmers and better customer service would go a long way. When I brought my concerns up with this location, Manager James reached out to me but did not resolve my concerns.

Pre-ordered for 5:45p. got there early and was told it was in the oven and would be 5 minutes. didn’t get our pizza for more than 20 minutes, clearly they started the order when we got there. no apology, just a belligerent attitude from the cashier that they have no obligation to get my pizza ready on time, call the manager during a weekday at the store if i wanted to, and I could take the pizza or get a refund. Never again at this store, and maybe no more papa johns for us.

Well, we called in pizza for our family today for the Super Bowl. They took our order and said they could deliver at 5:30 PM. They charged our credit card for the order. A few minutes later Papa John’s called us back and said they could not guarantee the delivery at that time. They told us to call back at 5:30 to ask what time they could have it ready. That was not what they told us when we ordered. So, we canceled our order. This is so disappointing to hear after they confirmed our order and time of delivery. We have a family of almost 10. Papa John’s will NOT be receiving our business in the future for their dishonesty with us today.

This review is just for this location, not for Papa John’s as a company, nor the app (which sucks). I’ve had issues with the app bugging and glitching multiple times and they always fix my order without question. They’re always very friendly over the phone. They have also always been super fast on delivery.

The girl Ray that works there is honestly a one of a kind. She answered the phone fast, no wait time, was knowledgeable and courteous to the current promotions for the week, offered if I had any questions of my order, and gave me a estimated wait time. Ray you’re an asset to this location and I’m grateful for your outstanding customer service! Thanks for making my experience here a great one. Will definitely return.

UPDATE: Wow this place has changed and not for the better. This used to be my go to pizza place. They hardly ever made a mistake and if they did. They bent over backwards to make it right. New managers and employees now I guess. The last time I ordered delivery the order was incorrect. So I called and figured they would bring me the items that were wrong like they have in the past. Nope. The manager said sorry, I can’t do anything about it. I will give you a free coupon for a pizza. Umm I just spent almost $50 on an order that is wrong and you think a free pizza will make up for it? Oh, to be fair she did say I was welcome to pick up the items myself. Well thank you so much. I paid for delivery and tipped the driver and now all I have to do to get my order correct is DRIVE TO THE STORE MYSELF?!?! Why didn’t I think of that? App deleted and won’t be ordering again. It’s a shame because they used to be amazing.
I can tell you I have been ordering from these people for years. I have never had the customer service I have had here. They go above and beyond every single time. I honestly have never seen a business do this before to this degree. I don’t get the urge to write reviews very often – but they have driven me to. They always double check everything and are super nice people. If there is a bad apple in the bunch I have not seen them. Anyway, I do like their pizza but there is decent pizza all over. It is the service that keeps me coming back.If anything should go wrong – which doesn’t happen very often, especially compared to other places, it will be corrected and fast. There is really no place of business that has come even close in my experience.
