My papadia was so greasy that it was flimsy as if the dough wasn’t cooked enough. They replaced it and it was cooked much better on one side than the other . I basically picked over them to try to at least see if I could hold it I was so disappointed because I was hungry . I just won’t order from them again

We ordered a pizza $9.99 build your own New York Style online (Under the name Anthony) yesterday, 12/22/2025 using $2 of our pizza dough bucks. When we arrived to pick up our pizza, the Manager identified as Andrew was preparing a pizza. He came from the preparation area and gave us our pizza. We opened our pizza and the pizza was over cooked, burnt and didn’t have the reound edges. We started, “This pizza is burnt!” The manager, Andrew, replied fasciioslly , “It looks good to me!” I countered, “if it looke good to you, you can eat it!” He stated rudely, “I’m not going to touch it!” We stated, “How are you going to tell me what to eat and how I as a paying customer should have my food? Intell you what you can keep this! And please make sure my pizza bucks are retuned. He voided out our order and our pizza dough bucks are not returned to our account. On the week of December 13, 2025, I was at the sane store and Andrew was cleaning the vents and he was extremely rude and unwelcoming.

I ordered a medium pizza around 7:30 and waited two hours. The tracking showed it was delivered, but we never received it. The driver delivered the pizza outside my apartment complex without calling us or notifying us in any way. They simply left it outside and left. This is completely unacceptable! The only solution offered was a remake, which would take another hour or so. There was no concern for leaving the pizza outside — just disrespectful behavior.

On Monday, December 15, 2025, I had two wonderful team members from this store make an error right! The team members are Kaitlyn Thornton & Jala Kearse. They were able to hear my concerns and use their deescalating techniques to remain calm and solve the problem of me receiving the wrong pizza and their solution quite obviously was satisfactory.

Everything was burned. I went to this Papa John’s to try to see if it was just one location that was the problem but it seems they are just as bad. I ordered simple pepperoni pizza cheesesticks and cinnamon pulls it was all overcooked and hard. How do you not check for quality before boxing up to be sent out. I’ve about had enough of Papa Johns

I usually call ahead for delivery but tonight I decided to pick up a pizza last minute. The service was super quick and I was impressed that the employee remembered my first name from the last time I was in the store a month prior. The pizza looked, smelled, and tasted amazing! This location never disappoints. ❤

Pizza seemed to be an old pizza that was reheated. No sauce, burnt and taste like 2 day old pizza. Took pizza back to show employee and he just made excuses. I will never eat here again at this location

The staff were very friendly and the wings were fine but my pizza was burned. I just got a medium cheese pizza and wings. Either they burned the pizza when initially making it or they were reheating an old pizza and left it in too long. Either way the pizza is really dry and I’m really disappointed.

The Papa John’s Pizza Experience (Online Order/ Pickup Edition)… Yes, the mom-and-pop pizza places need love but so do the Pizza Huts, Dominos, and Papa John’s, the oldies but goodies that we once frequent as children, so I thought . I ordered Papa John’s meat lovers pizza with a side of honey-chipotle wings. I did like the app allowing me to see the pizza prep, put in the oven timeframes, which allowed me to guestimate when I should be on my way to the store .
Once arriving at the location, I did not see anyone in gloves. That in itself turned me off . Once getting home with my food, the food looked delicious (I prayed multiple times over my food that the hands that touched my pizza and wings were clean). The pizza was good, but the wings tasted like they needed to go through the oven again. Would I go back to Papa John’s? Probably not. I am not a fan of pizza places not using gloves to make my pizza. I no longer go to one of my favorites I have reviewed before due to them not using gloves.
