Ordered 3 pizza on the app and went to pick them up was turned away for not have bank a card due to bank issues (waiting on new card) they didn’t have change so I went got change and came back the staff was very rude and hateful when I returned. Does anyone have a number for the owner I know it locally owned?

Ordered 2 pizza’s and parmesan breadsticks and this is how it arrived. The parmesan breadsticks were soaked and not edible, there was so much sauce it leaked thru to the pizza box underneath. Called and spoke to dustin who put me on hold, got tired of waiting. I Wont be back.

Just really bad… I have order many many times over the past 5+ years. It just seems to be worse every time. Most recent order just tasted gross. Sauce and dough was a weird sour taste. Not good at all… We will not be ordering from here again.

Order a New York style pizza??? With pepperoni, meatball, banana peppers , was the worst pizza I have ever had , first New York Style means thin crust? Second meatballs should taste like meat not like dried sponges , there was no sauce on it and very few pepperoni, Sorry you lost me as a customer!

2 days in a row I tried to call and place an order around 5:30 pm. This “WAS” our go to pizza place. After sitting on hold for 20 minutes each time on my way home from work, no one ever answered the phone call to take my order. I tried calling today and got no answer. So I stopped by and asked if something was wrong with their phones. I was nice about it. The girl walks up to the counter saying she had a lot of boxes. Which really had nothing to do with answering a phone call. There were 5 people working and 1 out of the 5 was leaning against the wall with their hands in their pockets. I did not raise my voice when trying to explain my situation about not getting an answer. The lady just stands there staring at me with a “don’t care” look on her face. So I left and called to speak to manager. He stated that they don’t have a “phone person” so I’m guessing all 5 of the team members were too busy to take an order. Needless to say. I WILL NOT GO BACK. Woman at counter was very rude and had poor customer service skills.

This Papa John’s used to be much better. When I arrived to get our pizza’s I was informed that one was made wrong and they had to remake it. Which was fine, it happens. The manager on duty who informed me, then turned and walked away leaving me to stand there to guess how long it would take, she didn’t apologize, offer a discount, coupon or anything-she just walked off. When it was ready she just handed me the boxes and that was it. There were 5 people in there working and maybe if they weren’t talking so much (and not about orders) then the pizza would’ve been made correctly. No leadership, just a bunch of “kids” who really don’t seem to care. I guess it’s time to find another pizza place.

Don’t understand all the bad reviews on Google. I’ve purchased from this location multiple times. Always had fast, friendly service. Orders were always correct, food was always fresh and warm, and orders were always completed on time. I think people have one little thing not go there way and end up bashing the restaurant in the reviews. I would recommend this location to anyone. Hope they keep up the good work.
