The shift lead for tonight needs to be fired. I’ve never seen such terrible customer service experience in my life. First she hangs up on me mid conversation because my order came from door dash. She had zero interest in helping rectify it or giving me the information I needed. When I go to the store with my question of are they putting tamper proof seals on the boxes she says they don’t do that at this store and she refused to tell me her name to make a complaint with her manager. Corporate has been called and I will be following up until she is terminated you can not behave that way and work in customer service!

Tonight I came in and placed an order and they got the order wrong. I notified them of the issue before I exited the store. The lady was very rude and tried to say it’s not her fault even tho she didn’t hear me correctly and refused to remake it correctly. I asked for a manager and she said there was no manager and she is the shift lead and refused to give her name when asked. She then refuses to give me a refund so I left and will be contacting corporate first thing in the morning. Guess it’s dominos twice a week now instrad of papa John’s!

Apparently this store doesn’t use tamper proof seals when using delivery services. Caught my driver tampering with my food in my driveway and the shift lead said they haven’t been instructed by DoorDash or anyone to use tamper proof seals of any kind.

I have ordered delivery 2 times in the past 2 weeks from this location. The order is accurate, fast, fresh and hot when delivered. The delivery drivers have been nice and verifying the delivery to me. I will keep ordering from this location as long as they keep up the great work/service.

Today I ordered a Family Special with a 2 litter pepsi, 8PC spicy buffalo wings, Cinnamon Pull Aparts, and did the order online however there was a error in payment with my card. While the driver was here who i can not remember his name but he generally delivers my food, went out of his way to contact his supervisor to see what could be done. While speaking with Kattie R ( manager ) I asked if she had cashapp which she did and I was able to cashapp her the money for the food. This place is always willing to go out of their way to help a customer and I really appricaiate it since I am perm disabled. I order from there at least once a month.

It’s absolutely impossible to get a good pizza from this place. Missed 2 of the unlimited toppings on the deal they offered. Did not give us extra cheese, and we ordered extra sauce not a jar of sauce. Pizza tasted like dough with processed meat. Disgusting!

We always order delivery tonight I placed an order online for delivery to recieve a phine call stating that I might not get my food because they are short staffed and dont have a driver. You took my money from my card as well as a delivery fee and a tip.. what do you mean I may not get my food?? Started with an attitude and the grace was extended. Followed by a whatever and hung up unable to call back.. who manages this place?

The care and dedication they have while making pizza here is fenomenal!
The sides are also very well made and I can say first hand that the cinnamon pull apart is the best dessert any pizza franchise has. Yes the cinnamon pull apart is better than domino’s chocolate lava cake.
In fact this location is the reason I have not had domino’s in over 3 years. This Papa Johns location really does care about their customers!

Absolutely horrible service. I complained online 5 mins after delivery, added that i did a no contact delivery, and it said leave at my door. The delivery guy rang my doorbell and banged on my door multiple times. I had by girls resting before going to a birthday party, which I was taking the pizzas to. But I connected Papa johns online to complain and stated to reach me via email. It was after 7 when I was getting calls and emails. Long story short, they will not refund me without getting the pizza out of the trash can. I told them I wasn’t home, and they said they needed the product/pizza for a refund. They are more than welcome to go through my trash when im on my property. My husband work for federal, we are laughing at the fact that a national pizza place wants to go through my trash to get their pizza for a refund. We do delivery online for everything, and never have i had an issue with a business like this before. The manager over mocksville left me a voicemail laughing and not knowing the number to call back to speak with her. I have emails and ring camera footage to prove this all. Never will I order from Mocksville Papa John’s again.. thanks for nothing!!
