The employees here are trash especially whoever worked christmas eve, i believe his name was josh ? something boyd i think… i have his name on a recording…my mom had made a mistake on her order, she knew that and he was nothing but disrespectful and nasty to her she offered to pay for it she just wanted it fixed, he cussed her out over and over and then hung up…. I will continue reporting him because he sounded drunk or something anyway…. he shouldn’t have a job because it’s papa john’s if you can’t handle busy work then find something different there buddy!

Delivery pizza box had sealed garlic sauce empty but box was not saturated! So open up jalapeno bites with full garlic sauce and saturated box ??? Second chance and no more!! Terrible ! I even have free pizza offer from last time i ordered and they screwed up!! No more business from us!

OMG.. I normally order from Papa johns with the food generally pretty good from the stuffed crust pizza, cheese sticks, and the garlic parmesan chicken. Usually I am very satisfied with the pizza but the last one that I ordered. I ordered two Large Garlic Epic Stuffed Crust Pizzas and I promise you, if you eat it your stomach will regret it. The sourness and acids will erupt like a volcano which will last for a couple of days. Either they put too much seasoning or they need to change the seasoning for something else. Take my advice and don’t order the Epic stuffed crust garlic pizza because they only epic part about it is how you will feel for the next day or two. Good luck.

I order all my food from here from the Papa John’s app so I can’t say anything about the store itself. But the food I have ordered is always of excellent quality, even more than Pizza Hut and Domino’s combined. They do have a tendency to pile on the cheese, but that’s something I’ll never gripe about. The prices are a little more than other pizza places but that’s because they use natural ingredients. The service is always fast and friendly, though my food has been late on a couple of occasions, usually at the beginning of the month or on the weekend. One small complaint I have is that I ordered a pizza earlier this year in which the crust was half-done in the middle. Aside from that, the best pizza I have had.

This place was awesome first time around. This time we ordered a pizza. They said it would be here in half an hour.. well an hour later we call and see where it is.. They put the wrong address in. Said they tried calling 3 times. We never got a call. So we tested if our phones were working which they were. Finally they arrived and the pizza seemed smaller than the one we ordered. And seemed like it had been thrown into a car with no care whatsoever. Not to mention it was cold because they put in the wrong address so it wasn’t fresh anymore due to waiting over an hour. The guy who took our order tried blaming us for his mistake by saying our phones weren’t working and got super rude with us. Will not be eating from this location again.
