I ordered online. I paid $0.99 for side of pepperoncinis. We asked if the side of pepperoncinis was in the box and they said yes. When we got home there was three peppers in the box in total. We ordered 2 pizzas. That’s the normal amount that comes with the pizza. They never gave me my side and when I called to speak to a manager they said they would refund my money and I never received it. So here I am a few months later making a review because they didn’t give me my $0.99 back. We spent $50 in there. What they don’t seem to realize is the customer pays their wages. Do better!

Locals be advised: This location has stopped employing delivery drivers. Your delivery order will only get to you if a DoorDash driver in the area takes the job. Our food was delivered 90 minutes past the scheduled time, barely room temperature – and it’s not the DoorDash driver’s fault! Your problem, customer, is with Papa John’s and this new “business model”. They decided not to employ delivery drivers and instead outsource one of their advertised services to a company that operates on an “as-available” basis. The food is fine, no problems with the food, but only order from this location if you are willing to go pick it up!

My problem is my husband ordered garlic Parm wings on the app and we were to pick them up with the other stuff. Everything else was OK but when I got my wings home, there was no garlic farm and them are the worst damn wings I’ve ever ate so check your order before you leave the place like I should have and maybe I’ve had what I wanted. I’m not happy with them right now. And I wish I would’ve took a picture. I didn’t. The only reason is we were trying to find a place to get a hold of them on the app, but of course there’s no place to get a hold of them to rate this is not The name above a order was under Doug Ireland

Raw watery pizza delivered and missing ingredients. Staff member that finally answered my call was rude and said they tried to call me but phone logs do not lie!!! If I was able to give ZERO STARS I would. Completely understand being short staffed but come on!!! Take it from me folks and never order from Papa Johns in Weirton unless you like raw food ♀️
